Miles and Lane were so great!!!!
They fixed the problem quickly, were super understanding, and made me feel so at ease about the condition of my home after the leak! So glad I used Horizon Plumbing Service!!! Also, the lady who helped me get them over here was nice and helpful.

The Service Technician did warranty work for us. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and gave additional effort to address warranty issues I didn’t know I had. He proactively checked each fixture to make sure they were working properly. I was very impressed!

I've had this brand new house for 18 months. I've had problems since the very beginning and have a history with the company. They do contract work for Meritage Home Builders in west Fort Worth. The toilets stop flushing with no reason why other than the offset flanges being inproperly set. There are no other stoppage problems in any other drains at all, not sinks, not showers. Just the two toilets. One of the toilet stops within 48 hours of their service call and the second one within 10 days. If I call because one is stopped then Horizon says it's not an emergency unless both are stopped leaving no workable toilet in the residence. When the second one stopped up again today, I called because even though it's Saturday, I should be able to expect to get help when needed. The answering service cannot page anyone or pass a message on the weekend if the house is over a year old. The service problem has been happening since one month in the new house and continued with a long detailed record in their system. I'm so frustrated. No help until Monday (two days from now). I guess to use the toilet I will need to put my completely disabled 20 year old daughter (who has only ever had diapers) in the vehicle and leave her in the car while I go inside the QT. This is absolutely ridiculous. I bought a new house so that there wouldn't be repair problems, but 8 stoppages in 17 months is an over the top failure.

In 25 years I haven't been able to find a plumbing service that I would call back to do another repair but I have found one now. Jose did a great job tracking the source of the leak, and fixing the problem. His communication and professional were fantastic. I will not hesitate to call this company again for my plumbing needs. Jose Castro was my technician.

i am giving this company a 5 star review solely based on the professionalism, honesty and overall outcome received by their plumbers over the past couple of years. I’m a local realtor, so it’s important for me to have a good database of service providers to refer out to my clients when the need arises. I’ve had to leverage horizon plumbing services not just for my personal home, but for my clients homes as well. My most recent experience was with a plumber named Cody. Cody was on time, called me directly to tell me that he was arriving within 30 minutes, performed a thorough investigation to determine where the leak was located on the home, and the cause of the leak (turns out it was a leaky hose bibb), took pictures and videos for me to provide to the home owner, and completed the repair timely and effortlessly. I would highly recommend this company and will continue to leverage them in the future.

Intermittent plumbing problems can be really challenging, and I had banged my head against a wall for months trying to fix an intermittent cold water issue with my tankless before I called in the pros.

I have had excellent experiences with Jose in the past, and now Lane, who are both top notch. Their pricing is fair and they show up on time. I'm sure you can find someone to do it for less, but these guys do not cut corners. I now have proper isolation valves to test and service my system.

In addition to being skilled tradesmen, they are both really smart and considerate guys. They have not only solved the problem, but they stood behind their work above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommended.

I called Horizon to replace an outdoor water faucet. Lane, our technician was very prompt and courteous. There were complications in removing the faucet but he stayed diligent in his attempts and eventual success.

Called to request an appointment (company was recommended from home builder), service department was busy and took my contact info for a callback.

They never called back.

* This is an amendment to my original review. I erased any negative part of it because they 100% fixed all the issues that we had and did a superb job doing so.*
We had a leak with the water heater that they did a GREAT JOB of fixing, honestly, couldn't be more satisfied with the work! They were on time, professional, courteous and the total bill was exactly what they quoted me. I waited a few days to post a review because I wanted to make sure the repair held...and it did! Now, later that same week we had another issue, this time in the kitchen. There was a pipe broken somewhere apparently. They came out and fixed what we thought was the issue. It was not. When we called the next day there was a failure to communicate and we became very unhappy. I wrote a review and within a week somebody from Horizon reached out to us and asked what happened. We explained the situation and they offered to come out that same night to reevaluate situation and see what could be done. They came out and we all agreed on what the problem was and what it was going to take to fix it. It was going to be a big undertaking but it all went like clockwork. On the day they started a crew came out and dug the hole , Miles and his apprentice showed up, fixed the leak (It was a broken pipe under the house) And within a couple days a crew is back out and covered the hole. They were efficient and absolutely no interruption to our daily life. In fact, we didn’t even have to be home for all of us to take place. I couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism that they handled the entire situation with. I would highly recommend Horizon to anyone who is looking to get any plumbing situations taken care of. I will absolutely be calling them if I ever have any issues again in my home.

Great company, very punctual and professional. David helped us out at a time in need and got us taken care of no problem. Would highly recommend and will be going back for any of my plumbing needs.

My technician, Brandon was FANTASTIC!! He called ahead to confirm my service and even shared how far out he was and his ETA. Once he arrived he clearly explained my service and what I would need to ensure proper operation! Not to mention, he completed all of the projects in a timely manner AND, HE CLEANED UP BEHIND HIMSELF!! That may not be a big deal to some but it was a huge deal for us!!

Over and above what I've already shared, Brandon was simply very pleasant!! No one wants a service call but if all of them were like ours, they wouldn't be bad at all!!

Contacted over the weekend and they returned my call quickly and were kind and helpful on the phone on Monday morning. I was able to get on the schedule for Wednesday morning and took the morning off to be able to meet the plumber. I called in to check the status an hour after the window they gave me for the appointment and was informed that they called and left a voicemail to reschedule. I checked my phone logs, 0 missed calls and 0 voicemails left. The lady on the phone was very sweet, but mentioned that it was in the account notes that they had called. Please take a look into y'all's communication!

Lane Copeland at Horizon plumbing has done absolutely terrific work for me on two occasions. I recommend him with no reservations. He analyzed and fixed a problem that four other plumbers didn’t have a clue about. I have a new plumber

Incident 1: I had all my toilets backed up, my kitchen sink had a gargling noise. The plumber came by and told me there was a circular plate in the pipes and they’ve flushed it out. Two days later the issue came back the circular plate was still there which was trapping the toilet paper and backing up, I called in to schedule an emergency as my toilets were backing up. The lady on the call spoke rudely and told me I was using a lot of toilet paper and that was the reason for my issue. The service person came by and temporarily fixed the issue again. This happens for one more time before the issue was fixed.

Incident 2: Warranty is nothing to them, they only service newer homes. Homes older than a year you are at the mercy of their schedule. Even if your house is flooding or if you kitchen faucet is broken. I scheduled an appointment the plumber called me from a no caller id number before coming in, I tried calling back but couldn’t. I’m asked to reschedule my appointment again for a week later even though I stated it is an emergency and requested for a sooner appointment. The lady on the call says she can just take a note for the office and do nothing.

I had a troubling experience with this company due to one of their drivers. The individual was driving aggressively and recklessly in a marked company vehicle—speeding, weaving through traffic, and showing a complete disregard for safety. It's deeply concerning when a business allows its representatives to behave so irresponsibly on the road. If this is any reflection of the company's overall professionalism, I would strongly reconsider trusting them with a service in my home.

Worst service!

Called them on Sunday, the guy who called back after hearing the water gushing thru one of the bathroom to the first floor, he started joking and laughing!!!!

I don’t know why any new builders uses these guys

Unacceptable service

We had use Horizon plumb 2 times now, both times they have been wonderful, issues fixed in a timely manner. Great service starts a the moment they answer the phone, their receptionist is very professional and kind. Couple of days ago, plumber Nikk Salas arrived to fix my shower that was leaking, Nikk is very professional and knows his business, immediately new what was wrong and fixed my problem, he had all the parts needed to fix my leak in his van, he showed me the defective part he removed and explained what was the issue. I highly recommend Horizon plumbing, and I'm very happy to have them as my plumber. Kudos to Nikk for an excellent service 👏 👍

First, I have done business with Horizon for many years, and previously was more than satisfied with the work, but recently I had an interaction that completely ruined their reputation with me.. I called on a Monday and they said they couldn't get to me until Tuesday of the next week. Come Tuesday. at nearly 5, I called to check on if the plumber was still coming. Then the dispatcher told me that no one would be coming because they didn't do that kind of work. She said that someone had called to tell me that the previous week. The only number they had for me was my cell and I had no missed calls or messages for that time period. Somebody's lying. Anyway, I had to deal with a leaking pipe for over a week and now have to find another plumber, and wait for who knows how long. Pipe leaking all the while. Needless to say, I probably won't be calling Horizon again, although they had been my goto Plumbing company.

I needed water filter replaced, supports added and pex tubing properly routed.
Lane and his assistant are well-trained, competent professionals. I’m very satisfied with their work. An additional bonus their final cost was $300 less than competitors
Without reservation I would recommend Horizon plumbing.

Lane did a great job with a large plumbing issue all the way to the main. He found issues that another plumber did not find.

I had Lane C out to look at our clogged master sinks. They were fine that morning and both were clogged at 3:00? He came in, assessed the issue and was out quick! I recommend Horizon and Lane for sure.
