Dave diagnosed our foundation leak and had a crew tunnel under the edge of our home and facilitate him being able to run new lines and restore our hot water. He did excellent work at a very reasonable price. I would recommend him for any plumbing repairs.

City confirmed a leak on my side of the water main. I had a great experience with Direct Source Plumbing when I had a water heater replaced last year, so I called them again. I called just before 5 p.m. and a courteous person answered the phone. I was able to get scheduled immediately the next day. Tyler arrived ready to work. It took some digging to isolate the leak due to the highly saturated dirt and clay, but he found it in about 30 minutes. After getting the proper parts, he not only solved the water leak but explained every aspect of what he was doing. I am spoiled by the kind of service I receive from this company. I will continue to use and recommend Direct Source Plumbing.

In a panic called Direct Source Plumbing. Amie was able to fit me in quickly which of course was an emergency with water flowing out of my wall. Yes I was able to turn off the valve but being the weekend needed water. Tyler came out, on time, explain my situation and fixed it quickly. I feel their prices are extremely extremely fair!! I've used these guys 3 different times and have found them to be extremely professional reliable. I have worked with dishonorable plumbers in the past and these guys are not that. Tyler has been here 2 time and I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. The 1st time he was here was to fix my daughter's bathtub faucet. As a father himself, he asked if i would like him to adjust the water temperature governor on that faucet so that the temperature would not reach a level to burn my children in case they were messing around with the handle. I appreciated the consideration. Also, Amie who is the receptionist has always been very polite and on top of things.

As a woman, reaching out to places such as plumbing at where I don’t know much about it, I can say that from the time of the phone call to David arriving at my home to work on my toilet. Everything was exceptional. There was no haggling on the phone clear communication and prompt service right away.

Direct Source Plumbing was very prompt in returning my call and got me set up for an appointment the very next morning. Wes the technician called me to let me know he was on his way; very polite and professional. He was able to get the corroded bolt off my water heater and replace it and the hose with a new one. It was working in no time! Such a relief to have it fixed without having to replace the whole thing. Definitely recommend this company.

Expert level plumbing services. We had a rocking/leaking toilet which turned out to be an offset flange issue. David gave us a less invasive option to fix it after another company wanted to unnecessarily dig under the house. Happy with the results and the price was right. Update: No 24hr emergency service. They replaced a cracked pipe (on a Friday around 6pm), 23 hours later that pipe cracked, but it was just after 5pm on a Saturday so no one was answering the phone or returning messages. Found a round-about way to get ahold of someone, no one could come out until Sunday, no time given. It was Sunday afternoon we gave up and asked for a refund (they did refund our almost $700 repair fee which is why there are 2 stars instead of 1, the poor guy we called also answered his phone each time, so that was appreciated). Our uncle (who works during the week, has a family to care for and lives over an hour away) came out and replaced the cracked pipe Sunday evening, so we wouldn't have to go without running water for a second night.

First "use": Wes came out and ended up recommending a landscape/irrigation company to try to save us some money. Good customer service, free estimate!

It was a great experience. I called and explained the problem. He came out the next day and did a clean out. I paid exactly what he quoted me. He was kind and very professional.
