I had a faucet repaired thru a home warranty plan that started leaking after a few days. I couldn’t wait for them to come back so I called Ernie’s! Gary came the same day, explained my options and fixed us up. He was professional, courteous and pretty quick. We were able to leave for vacay as planned. A BIG Thank You to Ernie’s and Gary #483!!

Scott Reddick was thorough and explained the job details in advance. He also walked me through each step as he was searching for the leak. He did a great job and this was the first experience I had using Ernie’s Plumbing and I would recommend and use them again. Thank you!

We had 2 faucets leaking. One located on the exterior of the house and the other on the back patio. I called around 8am and a technition arrived in about 90 mins. He left to procure the required parts. Sometime later I received a call from the office informing me that their tech had gotten sick and could not finish the job and she would have someone else arriving soon. Thirty minutes later a different tech arrived and finished the job. Thanks to Ernie's for the timely action!!
Nice Job!!

Scott Reddick made a service call to my home recently and took care of three plumbing issues for me. The most involved was my kitchen sink which has been an issue backing up for quite a while. I have had another plumber from a different company tackle it in the past, but the drainage issue was not totally resolved. Scott worked diligently and approached the issue from every possible angle, and now both sides of my sink are draining fine! He was thoughtful, respectful.and thorough. I would not hesitate to use him again for future plumbing needs!

We love this company!!! We needed a plumber ASAP and after calling 6-7 companies, who couldn’t commit to a same day service and offered no sympathy, Ernie’s responded immediately after hearing the urgency of our situation. Gary is our hero! He was trustworthy and knowledgeable and very friendly. We scheduled a maintenance call with him, even. Thank y’all for taking care of our need ASAP!

Recently I had drainage trouble in my kitchen area, and I had been working with another company to try to resolve the issue. Ultimately, they wanted to excavate and replace a few pipes under the slab they couldn't clear from snaking or jetting.
I called Ernie's Plumbing for a second opinion and they sent out Gary Blakely, who said he has 45 years of experience plumbing. After explaining the issue to him, snaked from the problem area all the way to the sewer, and his camera was able to reach that far unlike the previous company. He even brought us out to see inside of the pipes with the camera ourselves. After clearing the problem, the conclusion was that we just need to maintain our drain lines regularly and address a small issue above the slab at a later date. NO excavation was required, which saves us thousands of dollars compared to the other company's quote!
Gary was courteous and knowledgeable, and solved our issue expediently. We now have peace of mind with our home. We're very happy customers! -
We needed a toilet replaced and Lowe’s had discovered an issue with our flange and couldn’t finish the job so that’s when I called Ernie’s and they sent Scott out within 30 min. Scott was upfront and honest, he didn’t try to add on any unnecessary work. The job took him a little over an hour from start to finish. We highly recommend Scott from Ernie’s Plumbing!!

I had the pleasure of working with Anthony C. from Ernie’s Plumbing for a recent sink plumbing repair, and I couldn't be more satisfied! Anthony was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all my questions and providing valuable insights into my plumbing issues. He was not only skilled in his work but also very helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Anthony to anyone in need of plumbing services—his expertise and friendly approach truly make a difference!

Austin was knowledgeable, professional, and made excellent recommendations for my bath and kitchen. I originally called to replace the disposal, and ended up also replacing the kitchen and bath faucets plus shower head. I am so pleased with the results. I highly recommend Ernie’s Plumbing, they have lifetime customer with me.

When we bought our house, we were told there was a small leak in the plumbing. My neighbor recommended Ernie’s plumbing. So I called at 1030 on Monday morning. They had a technician out here that afternoon. Turns out we needed some major repairs. We had pipes that were clogged, glued improperly, and all the water from our kitchen sink, dishwasher, and washing machine was just pouring out under the house. After inspecting as much as he could without getting soaked, Hershel explained everything that needed to be done. He didn’t talk to me like I was a “woman who wouldn’t understand.” He took photos and walked me through each issue. He gave me options for fixing what had to be fixed now and what could wait. The job was too big to finish in one day so he said he would come back the next morning between 9 and 930. He arrived promptly, and brought another employee, Evan. Hershel and Evan were so professional, making sure to put down plastic everywhere they had to step and cleaning up after the job was done. Being a first time home owner, I can’t speak to the fairness of the pricing, but it was worth every cent for a job very well done and the peace of mind knowing that Ernie’s is a company I can trust. I highly recommended Ernie’s plumbing! And when you call, ask for Hershel or Evan!

Mike was polite, professional and courteous. He told me exactly what would happen and how long it would take to replace my water heater. I was very pleased with the service. I will do business with Ernie’s again.

I had several miscellaneous plumbing problems in my old house that needed repair. Ernie's Plumbing Service was highly recommended to me by a friend who had previously used them. I was impressed by the ease of getting an appointment the next day.
Scott Reddick was on time & did a great job. He explained things that needed to be done & easy for me to understand. He also cleaned up after he finished working!
I will definitely call Ernie's for any future plumbing problems. Glad to have heard about them! -
Randy did a great job fixing my clogged bathroom sink. He diagnosed it quickly, and replaced the pipe. Mind you, the pipe installation wasn't installed correctly by another plumbing company. He also replaced the float in the toilet, he actually noticed it needed to be replaced before I could ask him to fix it while he was already at my house doing the initial repair. He cleaned up everything and left my bathroom spotless. A weight was lifted from my shoulders after Randy repaired everything. I would highly Randy and Ernie's plumbing. Thank you all so much.

Within an hour of reaching out to Ernie’s Plumbing I had a knock at my door!!! Gary Blakely was sent to provide an estimate to replace my irrigation double check valve. The estimate was fair and reasonable so he scheduled me for first thing the next day!! He arrived on time and did an amazing job well within the estimated time.
I would highly recommend Ernie’s Plumbing and especially Gary Blakely for your plumbing needs!!!

Anthony D with Ernie’s Plumbing Service came out 10/31/2025 the same day I call to replace the shut off valve for my dishwasher. Anthony looked at it and said it really doesn’t need replacing and I don’t understand why they stated that it does.
I truly appreciate Anthony’s honesty instead of just charging me to make the company money. I’ve already paid for the installation with another service or I would’ve had Ernie’s plumbing service put in my washing machine for me. Anthony did a wonderful job and he takes his job very seriously. I would trust Ernie’s Service again. I have them on speed dial now.

" Buyer Beware!! "
We had Ernie's Plumbing do scan of the sewage pipes because of a recurring clog.
After the video scan that gave use the estimate here attached.
It was VERY expensive (as you can see) so I asked for a copy of the video we paid for and they said "we do not supply copies of our scans."
That was an immediate red flag!
I called another plumbing company (LD Plumbing) and they said they could do a scan of the system and would provide a video with an explanation of what was found.
They cane out and did the complete scan and said there was a MINOR problem, showed us the scan and said they could fix it for $450!!
They did fix it for $450 not $3000 OR MORE!!
(2) Response to the owner's (Ernie) reply.
(A) I spoke at length to Michael the plumber who did the scan and he said they do not supply copies of the scan to customers, I called the office number and they confirmed to me that they do not supply copies of the scan to customers.
(B) Justin did NOT stand over Michael and watch the scan.
(C) Michael the plumber went into a long description of how laborious the repair would be to fix the dual clean out and even sent me a picture of what they would use to do the repair (see the picture). That is what we were quoted $3000 to replace!
(D) LD Plumbing came out and did a full scan of the entire pipe system inside the home and outside. Came back and said there is only one minor problem which was that the dual clean out had slipped off the pipe and provided us with a picture (see the picture) and the repair would be quick and they would do it for $450!
(E) They did the complete repair (NO BANDAID) using exactly the same item that Michael showed me in the picture he sent. (See the picture of the FULL REPAIR!)
Once again I say BUYER BEWARE! -
Feb. 27, 2026 EDIT
Thank you Ernie for responding very quickly to my review and graciously offering to make things right. Someone was indeed sent out the very next day after we called to schedule. The entire process was very pleasant, from our scheduler to our plumber. Our Plumber was Scott and he informed us that the first person did not do the job correctly and used the wrong pipe for our hot & cold water line leaking in our ceiling space which is an enclosed area (he used something meant for an open area such as under the sink instead). He removed the sharkbite fittings and installed a new correct pex fitting for a more permanent repair solution, and soldered it together - which the other person also did not do, and fixed up everything for us during the same visit. He was very pleasant to deal with, educated us, and checked out a few other spots for us while here. We are thoroughly satisfied and will definitely recommend and continue to use Ernie's in the future. Thank you Scott and Ernie! :)

During 'Snowmageddon' we had a pipe burst through our ceiling and Ernie's came to give us an estimate and repair. The estimate was free as they advertised, repair seemed well, and the technician seemed nice and timely. It was suggested that we get the pipe repaired with PVC(?) I believe, which is a more flexible material and will expand better instead of repairing the pipe with a metal pipe, which our original pipe is. Since he was the expert, we went with what he suggested. All seemed well until the next Winter when we noticed a leak in the same exact spot which required us to open up our ceiling again. We called Ernie's again to come and give us another free estimate. This time, the person that came (different person) said that he'd have to charge us $200 just to go into the attic to even look. That seemed weird so we tried to go without and tried to patch it up. That spot has given us problems every Winter since. We will be doing a full repair with metal soon but the thought and trauma of that ill-repaired pipe during Winter every year sucks. It's completely fine throughout the year but during Winter is when it starts leaking again. Not enough to notice right away but eventually a stain appears in the same spot on our ceiling and every time, I'm reminded of what our expert recommended which turned out to not be a wise choice for our house. That and the random charge to go into the attic left a sour taste in our mouths. Thoroughly disappointed. -
Anthony did a great job in replacing our gas line.everything was as he said it would be . Very communicative in details. I definitely recommend him to everyone who is needing plumbing work .

After 25 years living in my phone, I found in December 2025 that both showers were plugged. I called Ernie’s, our long time plumbing company, to correct the problems. Ernie’s sent Anthony to check the issues with the plumbing. What was found can be classified as a “Nightmare before Christmas”. Scenario. Both sides of the plumbing had moved where the back of the house, the plumbing was much lower than the exit to the city system. Anthony allowed me to sit with him as we moved the camera from front to back showing up and down holding waste and several breaks plus tree root blockage. Another adventure! Ernie’s replaced 115 ft of sewer lines on both major branches. Three 4’x4’ foot tunnels had to be excavated to do the job. New sewer pipes were hung from the foundation to assure stability. The team did a good job, cleaning up the property. Anthony and the team did a great job.
Photos show new sewer pipes compared to original and the second shows front yard after the work is completed. -
Austin was great. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything well. He stopped the leak under my sink. He replaced my clogged old faucet with a new modern design. I couldn't be happier; would reccomend to anybody!

Very pleased with the plumbing service the Douglass Wolf provided today. He explained everything he was going to do and made sure the job was complete and I was satisfied. Couldn’t be happier.
