If I could give them, zero stars, I would. Had an estimate scheduled between 8 and 10 AM. At 9:30. I called the office because I had not heard anything. They told me I would hear something soon. At 9:35 I received a text message that my technician was on his way and would be 30 minutes out. At 9:50 I got a call from Junior Aviles that he was just now leaving Dallas and was 40 minutes away.

Tell your employees to get out of bed and get to work. ‘His First appointment of the day’… wish I could roll into work at 10:30 am.

Great experience. Douglas came in. Detailed what he believed was wrong and the options to fix it. Chose the option that worked best for me and he was able to quickly fix the issue I had with the clog in the Jack and Jill sinks on the second floor. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service…Mark explained the problem with my drainage clearly and precisely…provided excellent service to rectify the issue! 100% highly recommend Mark as a superior service technician! I was initially quoted a price over the phone incorrectly and Mark satisfied the inconvenience!

Douglass Wolf was my plumber today. He was on time and fixed my toilet quickly and did not leave a mess. I would definitely recommend All Masters Plumbing for any plumbing needs!

Told me they'd fix my plumbing issues for 1475. Then after they started tried to charge me over 14000 saying I agreed to it. Didn't send me the confirmations, videos or anything like they kept saying they would. Won't negotiate with you and just force you to try and pay what they want. No reasoning with them. They make up payments and expect you to do it. Get everything printed because they will change the information on you to suit them.

Junior arrived in less than an hour and got our emergency sorted out really quickly!!! Really nice and great service! Will definitely be calling again should the need arise!

& arrived on time . He explored all possible reasons for the leak & explored/researched thoroughly . Im very pleased with experience with All Masters.

Don't walk, RUN away from this company. I have spent the last 3 days trying to get a hold of Doug, who I assume is the owner or manager. Didn't get a call back for 3 days until I threatened to call the BBB which I still will be doing. They took a DEPOSIT of $225 from me for a back flow test, and once I requested a refund due to lack of communication and over all poor business practices, because why would i give my money to a company who doesn't value their customers? Doug finally called me back after I called 9 times, all for him to argue with me, and not validate how I felt or was treated by his employees. That is not how you treat a customer. The worst part about all of this is they are completely overcharging customers, and using other plumbing companies to perform the work, and then paying them a quarter of what they are actually charging. My backflow test was going to cost over $500 with all masters, and I know for a fact the companies performing the tests are only getting about $150 of that. Overall, this company clearly doesn't value its customers, their hard-earned money, or the people who are actually performing the tasks they are hired to do.

Douglas was great! He was thorough in evaluating everything, took pictures and was able to consult with his team on the best course of action for our Drain issue. I highly recommend requesting Douglas if you are looking for service!!

Junior was a life saver. My seller was set to close in a few days and major plumbing issues showed up at the last minute. We had several plumbing companies come and try to take advantage of the situation. They all quoted over 20k in repairs. Junior came the day we called and found the leak, completed repairs in a few hours for a fraction of the price. We were able to close on time! I will recommend them to all my family and clients!

Thomas did a phenomenal job when he came to our house to check on the issues we were having with our sewer line, again. I was hesitant with the idea of them returning, even though it was just warranty work, as this is the 2nd issue we had since we had our lines re-lined that Dan promised was fail proof. The initial work we had performed was under the supervision of Dan, who was arrogant, and an absolute nightmare to work with. Now that we know he is no longer associated with this company, RC Pro will get our business going forward. Thomas is a gem and was professional and straightforward with us, which we were not used to when we worked with Dan. Given the amount of money we have spent with this company and the sub-par work we have received in the past, it was a relief to have Thomas show up and fix the issue promptly with his professional team.

Douglas Wolf explained everything and let us know cheaper ways to fix issue, the flooring was already buckled from water damage, so we decided to go with punching hole thru floor. Tunneling from outside would be twice as much. Our main has a separation in pipe and we are having that repaired , along with getting remaining cast iron pipe lined. So far this has been best plumbing experience.

Thomas came out to give me an estimate for a large rebuild at my home. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about all the things that need to be done. His demeanor was pleasant and I have confidence in knowing they can definitely get the job done.

Douglas was awesome! All Masters was great about coming back out 2 months after a repair at no charge when we noticed a small leak.

ALL Masters Plumbing was very quick. The technician, Bill Schneider, was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. His supporting staff was prompt, polite and took care of me with great customer service. I was offered a great competive rate on a replacement and a reasonable payment plan options.

Douglas is obviously one of your top notch employees. Can’t say anything bad about his work. Having worked with techs before, I can say his was dressed to impress and I am happy with the job he performed today for us.

This is the 2nd time Junior has come out to us and he is AMAZING! He's professional with a delightful personality. He's always upfront and precise with what needs to be done and shows us exactly what's needed and how the work will go.
The prices do seem a little steep but the work is solid and lasting. Junior is our "go to" guy and we will continue to reach out to All Master's for our needs!!
