I give him 4 stars because he was a bit pricey for 55 minutes work. But he did show up on time and did stop my leak in my Quest water service line so far, but would only give me a 30 days guarantee. He did give great service and very professional in his work. You get what you paid for.

They were on time and provided excellent service and communication about how they were going to solve the issues we were facing. They did outstanding work and I am very pleased with the results! They will be my first call when I need plumbing assistance.

Mr Brown is the best. Had problems with outside faucet and Mr. Brown suggested a temporary fix until the faucet could be replaced.

Finally had the faucet replaced.

I highly recommend this business and will be using again (if needed).

I can't speak more highly of the services that David provided me! He even beat a previous estimate by a dishonest contractor by over $1100. Upon conducting his excavation and through his expertise he was able to determine that there actually was no plumbing leak but a sprinkler system malfunction. INSTEAD of charging me the full price for a job that didn't need to be done, he negotiated the price of the excavator down to a few hundred dollars for 7 feet of digging. HE DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME A FEE FOR PLUMBING. This is integrity 👏 that you don't see much in this profession anymore. I've had David out since and recieved the same level of care and professionalism. He will forever be my plumbing expert and I hope you choose him for your family as well. Thanks David!!!

I had first called 2 other plumbers for a whole house stoppage to come diagnose the problem. The first was at night, charged me an emergency service call fee, arrived and took a quick look at it and then quoted me an extra large amount for the next step to fully diagnose the issue. I decided to get a second opinion and called a another company who then came out the following morning, took my service call payment first, tried to diagnose the clog, then said they couldn’t tell what it was but would required a massive excavation in the front yard at an excessive amount of money to further diagnose. I couldn’t get a straight answer on some of my questions and just had a feeling something wasn’t right. After they left, and quite frustrated because I felt I was getting nowhere fast, I then called Direct Source Plumbing and spoke with Amie who was very helpful in taking my call, took detailed notes, and with a sense of urgency, relayed my message to the plumber. In a short time, I received a call from Tyler who gave me an good idea of what needed to be done to diagnose the issue. When he arrived he was extremely polite and knowledgeable about the situation, and took the time to explain to me what he was doing, so that I fully understood each step, and ultimately ended up diagnosing and fixing the problem. He even called and had the master plumber, David, confirm and verify his diagnosis. This is how I wish all service calls could be! Tyler is the perfect example of how the ideal repairmen should be. I believe this company and religious-based group is in business for the right reasons, to truly help people when they need it. I can’t possibly recommend them enough! True professionals! David was able to get out the day after I called. He showed up at the time that we scheduled made a quick inspection of the items I wanted repaired and gave me a quote on the spot. The quote was competitive and I asked if he could get the work done immediately and he said yes. He completed the repairs within just a few hours, and everything was done professionally and without a mess. Came out and did an amazing job. David was not only very honest and upfront but very timely and communication was very clear and concise. He came out to fix a shower diverter that 3 other plumbers couldn’t figure out and in under 5 minutes was able to properly diagnose it. Will be using him for more projects for sure.

I am very pleased with the replacement of my water heater. David was on-time and was very professional, honest, and friendly. He took time to explain everything needed to correctly replace my leaking water heater. The work was completed in a couple of hours without a mess and at competitive rates. I had a great experience with Sam R. as my technician. He explained the pricing ahead of time and talked me through all of the parts of my pressure test service, explaining each step as he was doing it to make sure that I understood completely. If we have any challenges in the future, I will be calling and asking for him specifically.

Anthony clawson helped us in changing water heater connection which was leaking and corroded. He suggested putting stop cap if there is any leakage in the future. Sewer and waterline replacement. Installed dual cleanout at foundation and cleanout at street. Replaced front and rear outside faucets and cleaned up foam sealant mess. Everything moved along real fast even though the weather was bad. Adrian and his crew of diggers were great as was Robert, the plumber. Happiness here. Van Marshall

Gary was very nice and knowledgeable. He showed up on time and fixed our backed up sewer drain in a timely manner. I would recommend Ernies plumbing to my neighbors for the trustworthy service I received.

Gary 483, I really appreciate him coming out asap. He explain everything in layman's term as to what he was doing at the time. Gary is has done plumbing for years, very knowledgeable and honest. This is the second time we've had Gary do work for up and both times we were satisfiedwith his work. He is exceptional. Yes, I would recommend him for your plumbing needs.

We needed a last minute water heater installed on the weekend and Ernie's Plumbing really stepped up. Sam worked extremely hard to get the job done, was very thorough and made sure everything worked. We really appreciated the fast and friendly service.

Ernie's is my go-to plumber. They are very friendly on the phone making appointments, updating when they are on the way to you (most times same day), checking out the issue, giving an estimate, fix the problem and a follow-up call later in the day of completion confirming all is good.
