Jonathan and Robert came out and install water heater and did a complete upgrade, they both did an awesome job, all instruction was explain and clear. Also, work in garage and kitchen done professional. Will use Ernie’s plumbing again. Great job!!

Anthony DeLee did a great job of repairing and replacing several bathroom faucets and fixtures.
He was quick and explained the process as he went.

Anthony DeLee is the most thorough, professional service provider I’ve ever hired. He is extremely knowledgeable and goes out of his way to ensure his work is first class. He identified the issue with my water pressure, drove 20 mins to get the correct part, then fi3; the problem in less than 5 mins! A+++

Our toilet was leaking and coming out of the ground. We called Ernie’s and they sent Michael Johnson over. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and amazing to work with. He got our new toilet installed and back up and running in a matter of hours same day we called. Highly recommend Ernie’s plumbing!

Ernie’s plumbing never disappoints. They honor all guarantees. I had my master bath faucets repaired 2/22/2025, and one faucet was leaking. Ernie’s plumbing was able to send Greg out to do the repairs expediently! Thank you for a quick response and repair.

Purchased a dishwasher from Home Depot with an installation. The installation was too difficult for the Home Depot group to install an Ernie’s plumbing came out and finished the job. Cannot say enough good things about Scott. He ran into some obstacles and overcame them all if you need a plumber call Ernie’s.

Anthony D provided great customer service and completed both jobs satisfactorily. He also cleaned up the work area which is something usually lacking with most contractors. Not able to apply coupon advertised on your website and had to get an electrician on the same day to change the outlet to accommodate the new water heater are the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. I would definitely use Anthony again.

After calling for a non-emergency water heater installation, Greg from Ernie’s Plumbing arrived the next day right on time and provided a detailed quote for the installation. He clearly explained each step of the process, including how permitting and inspections work. I was very satisfied with the knowledge he shared, which helped me make an informed decision.

Horrible Experience! Don't do it, over priced rip off!
It started with just trying to set up the appointment. The lady was rude and had poor communication. this should have been my first clue to not to use this company. But needed this repair fixed so went ahead with their 4 hour time span (which is ridiculous and told me if they send someone out they will only stay 10 minutes and leave. Then sends a text this morning saying if I don't answer the call when they call they won't dispatch their plumber out. It was her tone and the text that screamed no customer service. I think they forget I am paying them for a service. I don't need over the top but polite would be a nice start.

The plumber shows up and tells me it will be $460 to just replace an outdoor faucet and hold for it, if any issues it will be $970. And you want me to sign saying I might have to pay $970. I tell him that is really high and double what I paid a company last year to do the same thing as I had the front one replaced last year for $250 and it is a newer house. So I refuse the service as this is clearly a rip off. Then the guy hands me the quote sheet he wanted me to sign and says in case you change your mind. He then hands me a business card and a coupon for $35 off. I told him to save it as I won't ever need either.

I go inside and call two other companies and get an estimated quote of $250 to replace an outdoor faucet. And a 2 hour show up time. And no cost to show up. See Ernie's charges $39 to show up because I assume they inflate their rates and this happens a lot and this minimizes the cost.

Ernie's here is some advice, FAIR PRICING AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A BETTER LONG TERM BUSINESS STRATEGY.

OMG! My experience with Ernie’s Plumbing was prompt, professional and done with accuracy. Robert the Technician, was friendly but all business. He explained what needed to be done and then told me ‘why.’ I loved the facts and his sense of confidence. He did what he said and after a week of NO HOT WATER…I will be fired up for the holidays. I called Ernie's on Tuesday after the icy weather & was able to get someone out on Wednesday. Awfully quick since, they had been closed due to our weather. I requested Gary to come out. He came out & accessed that they would need to do. At first he thought that there might be an alternative to jack hammering the floor . Upon further examination it was found that jackhammering around the toilet was the only solution since, the pipe had deteriorated. He came out the next day with Sam, another master plumber to complete the job. The dynamic duo completed the job with their know how & I am very pleased. I couldn't have had any better workmanship! Knowledgeable & humble!

Getting a new refrigerator and discovered that I needed to have the water line replaced. Unable to turn off the water at the wall and the line was dripping. Delivery was late on Friday afternoon. On Saturday morning I called Ernie's and requested a repair. A very nice and professional plumber came out and did a great job at a reasonable price. Now I won't be at risk for an undetected leak and damage to my home.

Anthony Clawson and Chilion Israel did an outstanding job today! From showing up with a quickness when I realized my water heater was going to RIP. He said 30 minutes and was here sooner. When he arrived he was friendly and very helpful.Anthony proceeded to calm me down and walk me through the easiest process I've ever been through with a plumbing disaster. When Chilion came to assist he was just a pleasant and through as Anthony. As a whole theywere quick, courteous and highly professional. I will definitely recommend to everyone in need!

Sam R came out today, and on time! He quickly diagnosed the problem with one of our toilets. He offered helpful suggestions. While he was here, I asked him to check another toilet that had been acting oddly. He fixed both toilets. He’s an Extremely Nice Guy & obviously knows his trade thoroughly! I am a very satisfied customer of Ernie’s Plumbing. It is my pleasure to post about Technician’s Robert and Sam.

They are customer satisfaction oriented with the best service. I have used Ernie’s over the past several years and will not hire anyone else to do the work needed in my home.

The great thing is the fact that employee turnover is almost non existent, so when I request service the technician’s have been to my home prior.

I have heard that Ernie’s plumbing is expensive, in my book cost is not a huge factor and costs are presented in a way that I understand what needs to be done and why. I have not looked at other plumbing companies and why should I when I have the best. Ernie’s does a call back on the work that is completed.

Highly recommend Ernie’s Plumbing, technician’s Sam and Robert. Also, shut out to Lisa for her assistance in dispatching my service calls immediately and listening to my concerns.

I hope when Ernie reads my customer review that he follows up with a great dinner at Ruth Chris Steakhouse for Sam, Robert and spouses.

David and Jonathan did fabulous work. Our water heater died and leaked into the house. They removed the old unit, patiently worked with us on scheduling for 2 weeks while we handled insurance and restoration, then installed the new unit perfectly. Very happy I contacted Ernie’s to handle this job, and I will definitely call again for future plumbing needs.

Our master bathroom toilet became very loose! We had used Ernie’s Plumbing a few months ago for an unrelated problem! We were able to contact them this morning and requested Anthony DeLe again as he did a very good job last time! He came out today and replaced the toilet flange and tightened it! He did it in a timely manner and also did a good job cleaning up! We will continue to request Anthony for any plumbing problems! Thanks Ernie’s Plumbing!

They were all amazing. What I thought was a foundation issue wasn’t. It was something far less expensive and was repaired that same day. Although a lot of digging had to happen, they took real good care of the area where they worked. I thought they were going to have to dig up part of my flower bed thank goodness they didn’t . Worked non stop til completed. Excellent job you guys
The way they put my grass back together was amazing. 👍
