For quite some time, we had a problem with low water pressure. Lane to the rescue!!! He not only solved the problem with a new pressure release valve, but he also correctly found a way to install our water turn shut-off valve in our garage (it was poorly installed in the front yard - go figure) with minimal upheaval in terms of dry wall cutting. Then, after several weeks of a high-pitched noise coming from what seemed to be the ceiling area in our primary bathroom, he realized that the float valve on the toilet was making the noise even though we all thought the noise was coming from the ceiling. Lane is an analytical thinker and problem-solver. He listens to the customer, is well-mannered and an asset to Horizon. Thank you, Lane.

Lane went above and beyond what was expected to correct a bad Rinnai tankless water heater install from another plumber. He quickly indentified the problem and helped us quickly get hot water working again. He worked with Rinnai to get our warranty reinstated on a stuck gas valve. He always called ahead to let us know he was coming and always arrived at the appointed time. Lane even called us on his day off to check to see if we had hot water during the weekend. Lane was courteous and professional. He explained the problem well and told me what it would take to correct it. He gave me an estimate for the repair cost and stuck to that amount. I would highly recommend Lane and Horizon Plumbing for Rinnai tankless water heater repair, install, and troubleshooting as well as other plumbing needs.

Lane Copeland was our plumber. He not only did outstanding work, but was very courteous and professional. Clean work with no messes left.
He explained everything well and he patiently addressed all of my questions.

I received an estimate on Monday and they were back out on Thursday to do the installation. I connected with Emma at Home Depot who connected me to Amie receptionist David and Tyler. All family all working together to get great jobs done. They were on time, professional and diligent in all they did. We need more great customer service and family owned businesses like you!

With all the issues we have had with remodeling our home, this was not the case with Direct Source Plumbing. When searching for a plumber via the internet, I was impressed with their reviews as well as their ad including the logo of the Cowboy Church.

They were very quick to respond and to schedule an appointment. Wes was so helpful and pleasant to work with. He knew quickly what it would take to get our plumbing in the shower working properly and was prompt in getting it done. He was here when he was expected and called before he was to arrive. We will definitely recommend them and will certainly call if we have any other plumbing needs. What a Blessing they were for us!!

A+ service at a readonable price. I've had both a kitchen faucet replaced, and damaged toilet wax seal done. If I have a plumbing issue this is my go to service.

This was our first time hiring a plumber, and we were very happy with the experience. Wes arrived promptly and listened to all of the issue that we were having. He was friendly and professional, and made sure to explain all the fees before fixing our plumbing problem. Great customer service, and not a bad price. Wes came out & detected my water leak immediately. Quote was reasonable with no service fee for estimate. First time to use Direct Source from TGCL & had a great experience. Very satisfied to find an outstanding plumber for my household needs.

The technician Tyler was very professional & on time. Received a call when he was on the way. He was able to clean out our clogged drain. Before he left he took the time to even run the washing machine for a few minutes to make sure it would drain properly as it was on the same line as the kitchen. Very thorough. Highly recommended!

I called Direct Source Plumbing shortly after they opened in the morning because my toilets were backed up. They said they'd be out between 11 am - 1 pm, which I was surprised to hear. Wes showed up just after 11 am. He took care of the issue and told me what the cause was. I asked him for his opinion on what I should do about the issue since it'll likely happen again and he gave me honest feedback which I greatly appreciated. One feels a bit apprehensive when dealing in an area they don't know much about but Wes did a good job of explaining the issue.

No one ever wants to have to call a plumber but I feel good knowing that I have found my plumbing company. The price I paid was exactly what they quoted. They got there fast and did their job quickly. I am a very satisfied customer. I recommend them to anyone that needs this service. 5 stars!!!

I would give Direct Source Plumbing more than 5 stars if possible. My toilet and flange needed to be replaced. I got two estimates, and Direct Source was the better of the two, without using a jackhammer into my floor, as was prescribed by the other company. The job was done in 3 hours by Direct Source, rather than a full day, and I did not need to replace my floor or use a jackhammer. Wes was the repair man that came to our house. He was right on time, professional, respectful and prepared for the job. He communicated at all points during the process and responded to all questions clearly, without trying to confuse issues or add costs. He left the area clean and tidy. As an owner of an older home, I have plenty of experience with all kinds of repair companies and their agents. I know it is always a good idea to get two bids on any job, and this job illustrated exactly why it is so. I recommend Direct Source Plumbing without reservation.

My first experience with Direct Source plumbing was great. Wes Hart was very trustworthy and professional. I originally thought I had two issues, an outside leak just past the meter and a possible inside leak under the slab. I was expecting the worst! Wes took time to thoroughly assess the issues and explain the potential repair scenarios. He worked quickly to repair the outside issue. He then diagnosed that I didn't have a slab leak after all. I've had other plumbers who would have taken advantage of the situation and misled me into paying for repairs that I didn't need. I appreciate the integrity and honesty of Wes and Direct Plumbing!

Had my kitchen sink clogged up and not draining I called directed source plumbing to fix the situation the receptionist Amie was able to get me an appointment next morning. Tyler was the plumber who arrived to fix my clog. He cabled the kitchen sink pipes all the way to the outside pipes. Very informative with exactly what he was doing. He also went beyond and wet vac under my sink. I definitely recommend this company.

Direct Source has all around fantastic customer service. From the moment they answered I knew I would be well taken care of! I told her I had a leak and she had Wes over here within a few hours for a FREE estimate. Everyone else quoted me several DAYS out but Direct Source made our leak a priority!

When Wes arrived he was quick to discover the knob just needed to be tightened. Instead of racking up unnecessary charges he let me know it was fixed and cut my bill in half! Wes is a true lifesaver.

David is an absolute rockstar! Thankfully, I have found a trustworthy plumber after moving to a new city and state. A plumber isn't always someone you want to see, but when you do, David is the kind of guy you want to show up. He came in, gave a reasonable estimate, and was able to get to work on my project right away. In my case, he was able to move a couple of toilet valve stops that were originally installed directly behind the toilet, to make room for the new modern, longer toilets. He did great work! I will not hesitate to call him again in the future. Hopefully, he won't be too busy with all these great reviews ;)

God is good. I prayed for the right plumber before going on the good contractions list and I selected Direct Source Plumbing based on their logo and I’m so glad I went with my gut.
Amie was so nice and Tyler was wonderful. This is my plumber for life. Tyler took care of my emergency along with a couple of other things.

This guy manipulated my elderly mother by presenting as this “wholesome Christian”.
He did zero for her and took her money.
He was the third plumber we had out to look at a leaking faucet, which still leaks, but the only one to take money from her. $290. And deceived her into thinking he repaired something.
First plumber said, the brick wall would need to be broken into, it would cost thousands and was a huge repair. So we said no thank you then.
He charged us nothing.
Second was a handyman who said he couldn’t fix it, but used his man strength to tighten & torque the leaking faucet closed which stopped the drip. He charged us nothing.
As soon as we used the faucet again, the leak returned.
Third plumber… she found this clown. Because of his religious marketing, she absolutely had blind trust in this fool. He immediately says sure! He can fix it!! I sit inside with my mother and we don’t watch what he is doing. Typically she would be watching and asking questions but she was so convinced this was a man of God and she didn’t need to worry. 15 minutes later he says, done! It’s even cheaper than I thought it would be, only $290. Well having been told it would cost thousands before, my mother wrote the check and felt relieved. We looked at the faucet and it was not leaking. But we did not test it or open and shut it ourselves because my mother was so distracted trying to praise him for his Christian values in this evil world.
Well, when I did go to use the faucet, I could barely open it, it was insanely tight. Then when I shut the faucet off, with all my strength almost cutting my hand on the metal, it leaked same as before, actually a bit worse!!
My mother sends him a video of the faucet dribbling out water, and after saying he’d come by then canceling (he already got his money so we weren’t a priority) he eventually shows up.
He then explains to get the leak to stop the brick wall would need to be broken into, and it would cost thousands. Exactly what we were told years ago by the first plumber who didn’t take any money. Then in front of us he tightens it with all his strength until his hand is shaking, and the drip stopped. My mother was so confused because she thought he was some holy dude, and struggled to ask the questions she had about why he took her money. I went ahead and asked him what he had done the last time for the $290. He mumbled and fumbled them said he replaced a rubber gasket. But it didn’t need that, I said. It leaks worse now. We needed a new faucet, apparently. This story actually gets worse because he suggests we go buy another external part from Home Depot which also did absolutely nothing to stop the leak. But, it gave my mom enough false hope to let him leave again without questioning why he had taken her money and had initially fooled us into thinking he had fixed something.
This happened a couple months ago, and it has really bothered me so much ever since.
This joker has a picture of a cowboy kneeling before a cross on his business card and the business name suggests he gets his answers directly from God.
I think, if only he had actually said a prayer for guidance before looking at the faucet and wanted to do the right thing, he would have told us, ‘unfortunately it will cost thousands to stop this leak.’
We have decided the only solution at the time is get someone with very strong grip strength or a torque pliars to close this old faucet and retire it, and run a longer hose from our other functioning faucet which was installed by the first, honest plumber.
The fact this guy uses Jesus as a marketing tool but obviously doesn’t use divine guidance or goodness has repulsed me so deeply. I told my mother I would leave this review for her.

David was extremely professional and was right on time. I couldn't be happier with his service. I definitely plan to continue using their service.
