I had a hot water slab leak. My floor was hot and my water heater was churning non-stop. They came out, diagnosed the problem and were able to fix it the very next day! And they charged me a lot less than their original estimate. The guys were friendly and cleaned up after they finished. I'll definitely be using Tom's again for my plumbing needs.

I had a water heater emergency and called Holly & Tony. Right away Holly answered the phone and was ready to go with any question I threw her way! I ended up not needing a plumber to come out and rescue me, but after that kind of response and customer service you better believe these are the folks I'm going to call for all my plumbing needs from now on!!!

Jeremy came out and relocated a water heater to our garage. It was complicated but he is a no nonsense pro. Alex followed up with a couple other projects needing a skilled plumber. They are solid professionals. I have used Tom's many times over the years. If you want honest good work use Tom's. If you want cheap, boo-who for you.

Tom’s plumbing put us on their schedule the day after we called. We called three or four others they couldn’t get to us for a week.. luckily it was not an emergency situation.
Tom’s Tech Nick showed up the next day and took care of our main problem, but also installed some faucets that we had been wanting install for a year.so we knocked out two birds with one visit and the cost was very reasonable.!!!!

I had another company tell me I needed a repair of a drain line under my house that was excessively expensive ($18K). I wanted to get a second opinion. I got personal attention from both the owners (Tony and Holly). They were very professional and sent out their master plumber (Jeremy) out and recommended a much more cost effective solution! They installed a new flange, toilet with more flush capability and resolved my problem for under $1K. They are a GREAT honest company. Highly recommend!!

He explains what he is going to do and then proceeds to do it in a timely manner. When he finishes the job the work area is left nice and clean.

He installed 2 water heaters at our home and we have called him back for several other things including leaks and dripping faucets, etc. He always asks many questions to get to the root of the problem and has been able to promptly diagnose the issue. We would highly recommend him over big name, large companies because of his attention to detail and overall skill level as a master plumber.

I’ve used Flat Rate plumbing several times in Arlington. A complete water heater replacement with some drilling through the brick wall for emergency water escape. It was a big job, done for a fair price, and 5 years later……still have a hot shower! He has repaired a broken outside faucet in which I had to shut the water off in a timely fashion. Diagnosed a major under the slab leak, which was not something he does, but recommended a company who recommended the company we went with. Also has snaked out our clogged kitchen sink line about 50’ down pipe. I will use him again if needed and vouch for his speed and competitive pricing.

Horizon performed yearly maintenance on our tankless water heaters. This went well, but the tech accidently stepped thru the ceiling drywall. The tech said someone would contact me within the next week to schedule a repair.
I waited, but nobody called. I called them after a couple of weeks, and they said to give it more time. After numerous more phone calls (and about 2 months time), the drywall was finally repaired, but they didn't schedule anyone to paint it. The painting still has not been done after 3 months. I will not use them again.

Philip was awesome, on time, and professional. My family owns a plumbing company so it feels strange to call another company for help, but I highly recommend Horizon. They are very friendly and get things scheduled fast.

Horizon plumbing installed the water heater in my new home when the water heater started giving out alarm codes and audible alarms they were contacted to come repair the system under the home’s warranty. They had to come out twice (2 reps each time) and nobody knew what they were looking at, dealing with, etc. Finally they told me they were going to order some parts to replace to see if that fixed the issue… havent heard from them since. Every time i call for an update i get blind transferred to a voicemail and never get to speak to anyone about anything. I legitimately would not recommend thier service based on the techs lack of knowledge and poor customer service.
