Correctly identified that they could help me before I drove over. Had a rare part I needed

Emily was helping me find a faucet handle. Not being a plumber I asked some questions of her. The owner (I guess he's the owner) butted in from behind the counter and in a blunt manner said I was asking too many questions. Terrible disrespect and discourtesy. Stay away from this place if you have to ask questions about your purchase. But Emily is ok; it's the owner whose a jerk.

Absolute FAIL on customer service. Just a few min late due to traffic and employees did not seem to understand their business depends on selling products. They were too focused on walking out the door, if only the real world worked that way... Don't bother calling ahead because phones go straight to voicemail well before they close. If you can't take a day off work to get a faucet part this isn't the team you want to work with. Save yourself a trip to the most unknown part of Arlington, (in)conveniently located near the stadium. Order what you need online...

Great service. They had most of the parts I needed, and were able to direct me where to get the part they did not have. Very impressed with their stock and service.

Great place - Employees know their stuff and super patient for non-pros.

Save some time and make this your 1st stop!

Long story short, needed a core for my shower faucet. I had gone to 6 different places, some knew what I needed but didn't carry it, some had no clue. I walk in set the part on the counter, the sales rep said, how many, he got me one. Best place in DFW, nice people, great prices.

My local home improvement warehouse sent me here after I was told they didn't have a part i needed. Unfortunately this store didn't either. The gentleman at the counter was really nice and helpful. I would have no qualms coming back here again.

They had everything I needed. Of course when something bad happens it happens on a weekend. 1958 bathtub faucet. They had the seats, washers, and Bibb screws. Even showed me how the old washers I've been replacing twice a year where the wrong washers to begin with. A master plumber recommended faucet parts store to me.

Excellent service! I was looking for a part for a faucet, which is almost impossible to find, since the manufacturer has been out of business for quite a few years now. The sales person spent extra time and was able to find me a part that would work. Very impressed!

It’s great to find a vendor who understands what you need because their business is important to them. After failed tries at the big box stores and online I went in search of a local store and re-discovered the Faucet Parts Store. This Is a great resource. #InvestorRehab2010 #Realtor2007

I'm a female but they helped me just like they would anyone. They were so helpful, informative and kind. They walked me through the process of fixing my kitchen faucet. I highly recommend them for your hardware needs! For anything APPLIANCE related, go to ABCO on Division for the same great service and assistance!!

I thank Home Depot for their referring me to Faucet Parts Store when they did not have, & probably/surely would not be able to identify & order, the replacement bathroom tub/shower H/C handle I needed. (This, btw, was after multiple fruitless trips to my local Ace to try to get what I needed. I value my local Ace, but they didn't do me well on this one.) At Faucet Parts Store, there was virtually no wait. I showed the fellow who waited on me one of our faucet handles that was still good/that gripped & worked, & I asked if I could get a replacement. He looked at it for a few seconds, said "yes," & went & got a H/C pair of the part concerned - with the price for that about the same as, even less than, what I'd have paid for a universal part at either Ace or Home Depot. When I got home, it was indeed the part I needed. Extremely pleased with my one experience thus far with Faucet Parts Store.

Was trying to find a shower part, neither home Depot are Lowe's carried it, honestly didn't even know what it was. Found Faucet Part's Store on Randall mill, walked in handed it the the guy behind the counter and he didn't ask anything went and grabbed the exact part. Got home installed it perfect fit. Thanks again for good service and experience people.

The price appeared reasonable to me and I did not wait a long time before being helped. Not a customer friendly place. Refused to return an item (a faucet screw in its sealed package) they wanted the receipt because, they claimed it was not showing as a sold item in their computer. I went to my car and found the receipt and presented it to the lady behind the counter, then she refused the return because it was bought two weeks ago, their policy is one week return policy written on the receipt, should be displayed in big print and hung for everyone to see.
The item was only $6, but I had no use for it, they could have sold it to someone else and at least given me a store credit. They were not friendly nor accommodating.

I purchased a set of a hot/cold water values for my shower. I was not given any washers to place on them which it needed to protect the water when locking the nut. The two guys who work the front said you do not any washers. It still leaked water. I came back to the store and after explaining the situation they told me I had to place behind each water value a part called Seats. I purchased a set and installed them but I still had a leaking problem in the same area. I called the store and explained and they told me I had to purchase the value base but they no longer have my type in stock since that company has been closed for years. They told me that I had to purchase another brand but none of the parts I already purchased will fit. I asked which item can I return and they said none. I replied saying the receipt says I can return parts that can be repackaged not special orders within ten business days. They do not obey their own policy.

Counter Mgr Michael is a pro. My plumber calls these guys “geniuses,” and I understand why. They had in stock the shower cartridge I could find nowhere else. Ferguson, where I bought the faucet, was stumped. Even the manufacturer sent me the wrong part! But TMS Faucet Parts Store saved the day. A big leak that lasted more than a week finally could be repaired. Highest praise.
