Customer Service Associate was so unhelpful today @ 2:30.I took a part in with me for a bathroom faucet and the guy was talking over me and telling me no we don’t have foreign parts and didn’t even really look at the part or the picture i was trying to show him. The part is not foreign but how would he know if he didn’t give me a chance.I don’t know if it’s because I’m Mexican American that he kept saying we don’t deal with foreign over here or he was assuming he didn’t have the part.I was sent here from my local home improvement store and best believe I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Fair prices carry a lot of parts, hard to find parts, helpful employees, will check here first before other places.

Im a widow, and my faucet in tub started leaking couldnt afford a plumber so i went to faucet repair shop and they had part that home depot didnt carry and man was nice enough to show me exactly how to install. Thank you for your help and saving me a ton of money. Way to go.

The best store to shop For any kind of part That has to do with water. These people know their stuff inside and out and have the best prosodian town I would never go anywhere else then the faucet part store. High 5 to them.

Young kat here is a BAD MAN ....With just a glance, he knowsbwhat you need. A trip to the back, to get the part you need is so quick. Like he had the part u need jus laying there cause he already knew. Never have go anywhere else, they have everything you need. Definitely a Wonderful establishment.
