i have bought my materials for years with apex plumbing supply i have a great relationship with many of the employees here in the company I’m happy to spend my money with you Apex plumbing supply but I have only an small problem still hot out here and was nice when the ice machine was working I ask Jose and Zac and not answer! In name of many plumbers that we preferred Apex plumbing supply FIX THE ICE MAKER IN ARLINGTON please ! Or Ferguson plumbing supply ice maker works great they even have hotdogs,drinks and chips !! 😂🤷🏻‍♂️

I needed help with an r.v. water line. After several trips to H. D. and still not fixed, went to Apex. Zac helped me fix it in 1 visit!!! Learned my lesson, will definitely be back!! Thank you Zac!!

I was nicely greeted upon entering the door. I came to look for faucets for my soon to be hair salon in grandprairie and although they didn’t have the faucets I had in mind I ended up buying a water heater for a great price I’m satisfied with my purchase and the customer service

If I could give this location zero stars I would. The 4 gentlemen in there were not very customer friendly. I was explaining which kind of connections I need for a sink. They then told me they don’t make them that long. I told them they do I’ve seen them at Home Depot before. They said well you can go to Home Depot. Like really? That’s how you treat customers? By sending me to another store? I will NEVER go back there. I’ll keep going to Home Depot just like they suggested.
