Highly recommend FloMo Plumbing!!! Even with the winter storm coming, they found time to work me in and fix my toilets. I know I wasn’t a high priority job, but they treated me as if I wasThey were very professional and answered all my questions.

5 stars for sure! We found water leaking in our garage over the weekend. I called Jacob on a Saturday and he came out within about an hour to check it out. Water heater was to blame! He arrived Monday morning with a new one for us and swapped it out. Not only did he arrive on time both days (hard to find these days!), but he even took on the repair knowing our water heater was in a super tight spot. He was efficient, had great communication, and cleaned up after himself beautifully. Real stand up guy and made this whole process a breeze for us. I would 100% recommend him to others. Keep up the great work, Jacob!

ETA: we had to call on FlowBros yet again! (May 2024). We had a leak in our irrigation system and the way it was installed required the expertise of a plumber instead of the sprinkler guys. Again, Jacob was so responsive to messages. Stephen was sent out to service us and he was fantastic! Great communication with me throughout the whole process. Explained things in detail and kept me posted each step of the way as we needed our main waterline replaced. Can't say enough good things about this company!

Had a toilet that was not functioning suddenly. I called Flow Bros and they were able to squeeze me in their schedule the next day. They arrived on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. What a relief! They were friendly and very knowledgeable and I absolutely recommend them!

Flow Bros was recommended to me by another plumber who didn’t have time to come out and change the gas valve on our water heater. My experience with them was excellent — they were quick, efficient, reasonably priced, polite, and easy to work with. I plan to use them again in the future.

I later recommended them to a family member whose tankless water heater wasn’t working. Although their initial repair didn’t completely fix the issue, Flow Bros handled the situation well once they were made aware of the problem. They came back out, replaced the part that needed attention, and even refunded part of the original repair cost.

I got three quotes for a slab leak repair, and of the three companies who quoted the work to me, Jacob from Flow Bros was the only one who took the time to break down what all would entail, accurately diagnose the issue, give me a thorough and concise breakdown of the repair, and offer pricing that was transparent and fair. Once the leak was located, and the repair ended up being quicker and simpler than originally quoted, they adjusted the price accordingly, which ended up saving a significant amount of money not only over the competitors quotes, but over their original quote. Highly recommend Flow Bros. They replaced all of the cast iron sewer lines under our 2,000 sq. ft. home, fully tunneling under the slab, about 100 linear feet. Master plumber Jacob and his teammate Stephen did all the plumbing, replacing all cast iron sewer lines with PVC and drilling new drains through the slab in the kitchen and laundry. Also replaced sewer line out to the street. Jacob was super easy to work with. Communication was always quick and straightforward, work was completed quickly, and all of our questions were fully addressed. Jacob has decades of experience at replacing cast iron sewer pipes under homes, and it showed. Cost was very competitive. We are thoroughly pleased with Flow Bros and the high quality work they did for us.
