I had a what I thought was a under my bathroom sink that I was worried about and I finally decided to call in a professional. (RocketPlumbing) Jace arrived promptly, was polite and professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He explained everything clearly and had all the necessary tools and parts with him, so the repair was done in one visit.

Sam and his team did and excellent job trouble shooting our issues. Sam scheduled then did the repairs with good communication and in a timely manner. Marcela and crew excavated and then backfilled the job with no problems. We will use Rockwater again for any plumbing issues.

Had scheduled a different plumber to come out this morning for a leak under my house. Thus morning, they reached out to say they needed to reschedule. Fortunately, Rockwater had same day availability and the gentleman came out earlier than expected. Very courteous, spent a lot of time on the phone with my home warranty company, and made sure I understood the issue. 10/10, would recommend.

I recently had a waterline leak at the meter. Rockwater Plumbing in Burleson, Tx got me on their schedule quickly. Mason came out and quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate to repair, and got my water back on within a couple of hours. Mason was very experienced and friendly. I will be using Rockwater Plumbing Burleson again for my plumbing needs.

Corey did a stub-out job to add a sink in our laundry room. He was knowledge and efficient. Very likeable personality.

Corey was very professional and thorough as he isolated the problem which was Water Hammer. He did everything he could to fix the problem without cost. He also discovered that my water pressure was very low and recommended that I call the city water dept to increase it. I would highly recommend Corey and Rockwater Plumbing.

Joseph and Salvador were such hard working and friendly plumbers. They also cleaned up their work space so well it’s honestly cleaner than when they arrived! Our job required relocating water and gas lines from the attic to our garage in order for them to install a new tankless water heater. They worked all day and got it all done. Now we won’t have to worry about water heaters leaking in the attic and damaging the interior of our house. Highly recommend this company. This is probably the 4-5 time we’ve used them for various projects around the house.

Jace was extremely thorough and went over everything with me and decided to go back to the office to confirm his findings and get back with me later today on a price. I’m very pleased with the service and intend to sign up for their yearly program. I couldn’t have asked for someone to have been more efficient. This was for an estimate to have copper piping, put into my home and a hose bib on the outside.

Rockwater Plumbing is an outstanding organization. Jace Lantroop is the nicest and most professional plumber I have had the pleasure of meeting. He goes the extra mile to solve problems and satisfy the customer. Rockwater is now my go-to for all my plumbing needs.

Every time we ran the washing machine, I had water backing up in a nearby sink. If I knew Rockwater Plumbing could resolve this so easily for me, I would have called them long before I did. I will definitely call them the next time I have issues. Great service!

Jace did a great job fixing two outdoor faucets today. He was very thorough in explaining some additional preventative service suggestions for other outdoor plumbing.

Cory came out a day earlier than I had reservation for and he was very polite and jumped right to the leak fixed in quick and was courteous and I can’t recommend him enough! Great job great price!
