Rafael from Don the Plumber didn't try to sell me any unwarranted services, just addressed my issue. Don the plumber was fast, able to book same day, and was reasonably priced. I called around to 13 different plumbers, and this one was the only one that could come same day, and did not require a "service charge"+ inspection. I HIGHLY recommend this plumbing service.

They installed a new water heater for me. Professional, courteous, on time, completed the job and did not leave or make a mess. Plus, Laura in the office, is so good about getting you scheduled as soon as possible.

Response to my call for service was quick and technician was out to my house within about an hour of my call. Technician was courteous, knowledgeable and didn’t waste time completing my plumbing issue. Will definitely call Don The Plumber again!!

Guys were honest with me about costs up front.
They weren't able to do the more expensive option once they got started. I was surprised when he told me they used the less expensive option and lowered the price. 1st time I've had a price get lower once a plumber got started.

Christmas Eve 2025. I needed a plumber for a leaking manifold that I took a picture of because apparently most homes don't have these. I called 4. One said he didn't work on these that he was sorry.The rest were answering machines, I didn't leave messages..The 4th, Don's wife, text me back and apologized for missing the call. They were on a job, but they did indeed work on this odd part and would get here as soon as theybwere finished. Rafael and Don's son arrived early. They truly saved my Christmas. Called on a Thursday afternoon; they showed up on Friday to take care of an outdoor faucet leak. Quick, polite, and efficient, with good communication and fair pricing. Very convenient - especially during the holidays!

I just so happened to see the truck in the neighborhood. Asked for an estimate for installing a provided hot water heater. The boys came out very quickly assess the situation and gave me a price that beat everyone else by at least $800. The boys were very informative, telling me everything that they were doing Courteous beyond measure and best of all very matter-of-fact. I am so very pleased with the work performed given the circumstances. I would have no problem recommending Dan‘s company to anyone.

Did a fantastic job! We always use these guys. This was two sinks that had old faucets from the 80s and were not draining well. He was here 5 hours so the price was fair. Replaced everything and they run beautifully now and look great.

The home were leasing had a plumbing issue effecting two of our bathrooms. I found rave reviews about Don on Nextdoor Neighbor, so I took a chance. He did an excellent job, provided excellent service, and thoroughly educated us on the issue! He was full of integrity because the issue could’ve been exploited by another plumber, so I’m grateful God led us to him! Don’t hesitate on giving him a call if you’re facing any issues!
