We used Viper Plumbing for an extensive remodel we were doing in our home that included kitchen, masterbath, tub to shower conversions in 2 bathrooms and replacing every plumbing fixture or valve in our house. Tom is the best plumber we have ever used in our 27 years here in Dallas. He even showed up on Christmas day when we had an emergency late Christmas eve. He also showed up immediately when another contractor broke the laundry room washer valve and water was flooding underneath newly installed floors. Viper Plumbing has been a blessing to us, making our remodel alot less stressful because we knew everything would be done right.

Randy did at great job servicing my home on today. My outside faucet had a leak and needed to be replaced. This could have been an overwhelming and intimidating process but Randy was so patient and he took the time to explain everything that needed to be done in termonology that I could understand. I felt at ease when I could see that Randy was knowledgeable of his craft while also being understanding of my budget. The service didn’t take long even though a hole had to be cut into the side of the house to replace the faucet. Randy even wore shoe covers so that he wouldn't track dirt into my home. 5 stars all around. I highly recommend.

They were able to repair our drain at less than half the quoted price of some other plumbers simply by isolating and replacing the location of the fault, rather than recommending the nuclear option of just replacing the entire house’s drainage system (which is under a concrete slab) due to its age.

Nick Fontenot is the best. Kind, easy going and so knowledgeable. We had a storage from the kitchen to the street. He made quick work of the repair.

Quickly fixed my clogged toilets and changed out bathroom sink drains. I had some special drain plugs that I used to replace the old ones. Hopefully they will work in a better way.
