Ben with Made’s Plumbing came out and replaced a toilet for me today. He is very knowledgeable, made sure we could see where the issue was, and laid out all of our options. He got it replaced and made sure that everything was clean before he left! 100% recommend and will use their services again!

Had under ground leak by water main. Made's came out and had the repair done in a short time. We have used Made's for years. Moved pipes for bathroom remodel, slab leak, replaced hot water heater, out sided faucets. Always professional, clean, and good price

Challenging Slab leak. We opted for the plumbing reroute to avoid anymore problems with 1/2 the house the leak was affecting. We chose to have piping rerouted to avoid the slab. It was no easy task and Ben did a very good job tracking and evaluating the reroute . He communicated well all the way through and showed us his work which is high quality. There was sheet rock cutting etc. which he and Demetrius were careful to cut so the sheetrock could be repaired smoothly when done. Ben met with the drywall person and showed him all the places and what areas should have access panels JIC anything occurs in the future.
The hot water (which is what was leaking) is actually flowing better all across the house and I had to turn the water heater down to low because it was so hot. Better than it has ever been in the house. since we have lived there

After noticing water pooling around a toilet, I googled, "reasonable plumbing company in my area" and Made's was first to pop up. After seeing they had a 5 star rating and reading some of the reviews, I contacted them at around 7 a.m., and they were out to my home to address my issue by 10 a.m. the same day. They diagnosed a bad wax seal, however, upon removing the toilet, they determined the flange was actually broken. The tech quoted me a price, that I agreed to and then he promptly replaced the flange and wax seal, reinstalled the toilet, caulked around the base, and test flushed numerous times to show issue had been resolved all at a reasonable cost. Thank you Made's Plumbing for the prompt response and making my repair seem fast and seamless! I would highly recommend Made's Plumbing to diagnose and resolve any and all your plumbing needs.

Thank you to Made’s Plumbing for great service. They were recommended by a friend to try and I was needing immediate service that day, 2 toilets and 2 bathtubs clogged. I called about midday and Ben was up front and said the schedule was booked up for the day, but they would try to work my job in that evening. Made’s did not disappoint us. A big thank you to Ben, the technician that came out was courteous, knowledgeable about the work, unclogged the plumbing, and put things back the way he found it.

Made's has done work for us a couple of times. The first time, they helped us seal up a treacherous situation that was flooding us. The second time, they came up with a great solution to a broken hot water line underneath our slab. A half-dozen other plumbing companies gave us the runaround with dodgy quotes, high diagnostic costs and vagueness. Made's were direct and helpful and the pricing was clear and fair. When they came to do the work, they were mindful of the state they left our house in and even generously helped us with some structural issues around the installation. Our family is so thankful to Ben and his team. Highest recommendation.
