Athens was amazing, friendly, he knew his work. Reasonable pricing for main service draining . I highly recommend the company.

My plumber was Curtis Price, and he educated me on the importance of keeping my plumbing in good work order. He gave me tips on how to keep the drains clear and by running the water in the bathroom that is mostly unused. I didn't know how important this was.

Athens was at my home within an hour of my call to Benjamin Franklin. He walked me through every step of diagnosing the issue and made sure I understand everything before taking any action. He was a true professional every step of the way!

I paid about $4,472 for a jetting zone bath drain and a broken sewer line repair. I removed 2 stars for a mistake that was corrected and their phone representative. Michaela's failed shaming attempt to try and defuse a very stressful situation was offensive, to say the least. You don't tell people what there is and isn't a need for. That sarcastic remark was very unprofessional in my opinion.

Nick was on time, explained everything to be done and did a great job replacing under the sink pipes. He was very personable and knowledgeable.

Alie was great! Came that day for an emergency we had, explained the problem, gave quote and fixed it quickly. Communication was excellent and the online approval for estimate and payment was super easy. Very satisfied.

We have been very pleased with the plumbing repair/replacement. I was informed throughout the process with times and what was going to be done at each stage. John, Tyler and Nick were very professional and wonderful answering very question and concern. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Quick, on-time, and knowledgeable about anything they're looking at. The techs were outstanding. The issue was identified and fixed quicker than expected. The only downside is that the company charges quite a bit, but at least the work is warrantied.

I had Benjamin Franklin out to do a hydrostatic test prior to a foundation repair.
They said they found a leak, then charged me almost $1000 extra to find the leak. First I was told 99% sure it was in one place, but the next day it was somewhere else. They are, of course, real big on tunneling for the repair, which is way more expensive, and the "new" leak location was farther away, so even more expensive.
The supervisor said (paraphrased) "Since I can't find a leak, that's why I think it's a glue seal problem." !!
They also (unasked) ran cameras in the front yard and found a "problem" there.
I had another plumber out who did the hydrostatic test and said the house passed. A third plumber looked at BF's photos of both places and could see nothing indicating a leak or problem.
I don't trust this company at all, and feel they tried to take advantage of a concerned, single, older woman.

Chris, from Ben Franklin plumbing, is as good as it gets! The whole team behind Chris, who is a great leader and professional to train them up as well. I have used this company for my new gas fireplace, 2 new hot water heaters, and now a bathroom (leak) and subsequent re-model. They really do go above and beyond and the one thing I love most is, you never hear “I don’t know” from these guys. There is no job they can’t do! Chris is the most skilled plumber I have ever used, and I have gone through many in my day. You will never be sorry with this company ~ you get what you pay for!

Just had the hands down best experience with Jason W. At Benjamin Franklin plumbing. He was very knowledgeable and explained to us what the issue was and the best solution to fix it. He is a kind man that cares about his customers. Highly recommend him and the company. It was very easy to book a timely appointment and the follow up was great.

PS: Had to have BF come out again for follow up on my issue. Curtis P and Chris were the plumbers who helped me this time around and I can't say enough good about how hard they worked to get to the root of my problem. They are very professional and knowledgeable and don't give up until they resolve the issue.

The process of my water heater installation was explained to me with upfront pricing as well as time frame. The job was completed and the work area cleaned. An additional service was purchased, and homeowner tips were provided.
