I found Made's Plumbing through a Google search.
After reading numerous 5-star reviews, I decided to give them a try.
I am so grateful for Ben coming to the rescue during the bitter cold to install a shut off valve for our gas water heater and locate and repair several gas leaks in our house and subsequently diagnose a gas leak in our buried gas line outside.
The repair process took a week to complete.
From the moment I contacted him, his customer service and communication were outstanding.
He spoke with the gas company, pulled the necessary permits, coordinated an excavation crew and the city inspection. Throughout the job, he clearly and thoroughly explained what needed to be done and the timeline and made sure he had addressed all my concerns before leaving.
He was honest, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, polite, thorough and offered reasonable prices.
I’ll definitely use Made’s Plumbing for future plumbing needs. Top-notch service! Highly recommend!

Called for service early evening on a Friday due to flooding. A tech arrived 20 minutes later and found the issue right away. Communication was great and exceptional professionalism! Ill never call anyone else for any plumbing work. Thank you!!!!

Made's Plumbing came out as scheduled and did a great job! I had a leak in my line near the meter at the curb. They clearly showed me what the issue was when work began which took a little under 2hrs. Ben's obviously got some experience under his belt as I had questions and he had answer. Very professional. I was afraid my yard would be torn up but nope, looks good. Thanks guys!

Made's plumbing responded quickly when we called with a plumbing issue. They were professional and had the proper equipment to diagnose the problem. The repair took several days and involved removal of a lot of dirt to reach the pipe. The repair was made and the yard was put back as they had found it. We would recommend them and will call them again if needed.

I wish I could give these guys more than 5 stars!!! These guys are efficient, quick to reply, amazing with communication and extremely tidy. They have done multiple things around our home but most recently fixed a slab leak and I couldn’t be happier. I could not recommend these guys enough!!!!!

I’m not usually one to write reviews but these guys deserve the five star review and more. I had two issues, the first being a broken outdoor faucet which they fixed and then two days later I had another unrelated issue which they were happy to fix. The communication was great, they came out between the times they said they were, did the job professionally and in good quality and let me know what was going on every step. Personable guys too- please if you’re having issues with plumbing, look no further than these guys.

We had a leak in our parking lot on Sunday after The severe freeze. I promptly called Ben with Made’s Plumbing, and they arrived promptly and within 24 hours to identify and repair the leak. Their expedited service is truly exceptional.

Ben and his team replaced the sewer line from the house to the street at our Duncanville home. We had been experiencing backups and they responded quickly and evaluated with a camera the condition of our old cast iron pipes and identified several areas in the front lawn where roots had compromised the sewer pipe and noted the overall poor condition of the pipe. The sewer pipe installation was performed very professionally for a reasonable price and we were always updated on progress and next steps. The dig crew and Ben’s plumbing team did a great job with the new sewer line, very courteous at all times, great communication and cleanup was A+. We would definitely recommend Ben and Made’s Plumbing.

My mom recommended Ben to us and he installed a water heater and garbage disposal for us almost 4 yrs ago. Everything has been working great. Had him back to fix some other issues recently and he was able to repair an existing faucet saving us hundreds. He’s courteous, efficient, and honest. Highly recommend him and his team.

Mades Plumbing did a great job for us when they replaced the wax seals in two toilets and replaced our outside faucets front and back. They were professional, courteous and highly competent. Ben took special pains to make sure all work was done correctly. He also took the time to inspect our garbage disposal and water heater and assisted me in getting warranty service on the water heater. We will be calling them for future work and wholeheartedly recommend Mades Plumbing to anyone in need of quality plumbing services.

Mades Plumbing came out to repair a persistent leaking valve on our tub.
They did a wonderful job after three over providers had failed. I'm thrilled beyond words! While here they agreed to reset a toilet whose wax ring had disappeared into the ether!
No more rocking! We ALSO had a bar sink that was backed up and they were able to clear that too! They went way above and beyond to see that our needs were met! Will always use them in the future! Thanks guys!
