My home main valve burst due to the weather and I couldn't find anyone to come out to help me out. I gave them a call to see if they could assist, and hour later Mason showed up. He was very professional and very helpful and detailed with what needed to repair my valve; an hour later he repaired the leak and replaced the piping with new one. Made a very stressful situation go away.

Corey came with the information and parts he needed from the home base.Right equipment, right attitude, right employee. He was quick, precise, able to check all the parts that were affected. He demonstrated how it was working, He cleaned up all the areas where worked. It is good to see there are young men who are willing hard still.

I have used Rockwater Plumbing several times for small issues. However, they recently repaired a slab leak at our home. They were very thorough and explained all of our options. The office was in contact & very helpful with the insurance claim during this process. The technicians are all so friendly & professional. Projects: Repiping of Sewer and Coldwater Lines

My wife and I have lived in Burleson since 2020 and have always had plumbing issues. Our home was built in 1964, and to no surprise, we had deteriorated cast iron and copper pipes. In total, we've had 6 plumbing companies come to our property to look into our issue, and 5 of those companies either charged an arm and a leg, or simply wanted to Band-Aid the issue.

Rockwater Plumbing was the 6th company on our list for quotes. Jace came to our home and was able to diagnose the problem in about 30 minutes. EVERY plumber we contacted determined it was a sewer line issue, which was only partially the accurate. The issue was actually a break in the cold waterline. (picture attached after it was dug up)

Since we have a 2 year old daughter in the house, we were desperate to get the issue resolved quick - and with the holiday's right around the corner, we already knew finances would be tight. However, to our surprise Rockwater's quote came out 20% lower than all of the other inquires. It was a no brainer. We went with Rockwater plumbing for an complete repiping of our sewer line, going from cast iron to PVC. (Jace kindly repaired the leak at no additional charge since the dirt was already excavated.)

The work itself took about a week since we had large roots underneath our slab. Also, being an older Burleson home - there were a few snags during the project, which was really no ones fault. The team was able to resolve the problems creatively, quickly and safely.

The sewer line project went so smooth, I went ahead and did the repiping of the cold waterline as well since the hole was already dug up.

Overall, I would 100% recommend doing business with this company. The plumbers were incredibly personable, being able to explain issues with tact and discuss things with understanding and empathy. Jace even went out of his way to bring my daughter a lollipop for her birthday. Truly a pleasure doing business with everyone in this company. Even had the opportunity to call the owner and praise his group. If I ever need preventative maintenance on this new plumbing system, I'll definitely be going with Rockwater again.

Had a very old Pressure Reducing Valve that broke and had no water to the house. Called these guys up and they came the next morning. Mason from Rochester Plumbing came the next morning and kept me informed throughout the troubleshooting and solution process. He told me his professional concerns with the problem along with the courses of correction and estimates with them so I wouldn't be surprised. He was very respectful and after installing the new part he verified everything was flowing properly. The total price was more than appropriate and lower than I catastrophized in my head. Even though Mason thoroughly educated me as a homeowner in plumbing maintenance and prevention I will definitely be bringing my business back to Rockwater Plumbing and asking for Mr. Mason again!

Rockwater Plumbing did a great job coming out promptly to provide a quote and repair the leak in the water line leading to the sprinkler valve. The issue was determined to be either a rock pressing against the pipe or damage caused by freezing. They removed the rocks from the dirt, hauling most of them away.

However, I’m deducting one star due to a broken promise to backfill the area with dirt—they instead used topsoil with mulch in the turf area. Additionally, the sprinkler head that was dug up during the repair was not properly reinstalled, with the explanation that it was already in that condition before the repair. Given that I paid $550 for the service, I expected a higher level of quality in the final work.

Jace was our service tech. Super polite and respectful. He detected the problem within minutes and fixed the issue. There was no charge for his service. Rockwater has serviced us 3 times in the last 14 months for different issues and have always been more than professional. Again we won't call anyone else.

A hot water pipe had broken under house and water was standing outside in my front flower beds. I called a few plumbers nearby none were available on a Friday noonish. I called Rockwater and they were here quickly and diagnosed the leak. Sam was the one to fix my problem and did an excellent job. I will use them for future problems that might arise.
My only complaint is when it came time to fill hole that was dug, I had an extremely heavy birdbath that was put back on top of the area of the hole and the birdbath fell over, (luckily didn’t break)the ground was too wet. I should have waited until the ground dried to replace it. Now I’ll have to find someone to put it back when dried.
I highly recommend Rockwater and will refer them anytime I’m asked.

Corey / Rockwater were amazing! Corey came out and diagnosed our plumbing issue. When we found out later that there were deeper issues, Corey came out the next day and put a crew together to get it resolved quickly. The pricing was extremely fair and the entire ordeal was done before we had family come in to visit, which was critical! Would absolutely recommend Rockwater to anyone needing a plumber!

I have used this company a couple of times the past year for different issues. Though neither issue was an emergency, they were still very prompt in handling the issues. Jace was sent out both times and he was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable while explaining everything to me in "Layman's terms".

Jace from Rockwater Plumbing has helped us so much with a leaking toilet and redoing all the messed up plumbing underneath the kitchen sink. We are always provided with a fair explanation of what all needs to be done to fix the issue and how much the fix will cost. They were even able to come multiple times to fully fix the sink.

The drain valve on our Rheem water heater failed and we needed it replaced. Rheem sent us the new part by I didn't want to replace it myself so we called Rockwater to come and remove the failed drain valve and replace it with the new one. They sent a text that Mason was on his way (actually a little earlier than they had indicated which was great). Mason was very kind and really easy to talk to. I thought there might be an issue that we already had the replacement part (sometimes a company will want to acquire the party and then charge the customer a premium for it) but it wasn't even mentioned, which was great. Main not only did the replacement, he walked around and made sure that water was running through the hot water faucets (we had turned off the hot water for the kitchen sink and the washing machine) so that attention to detail was very helpful. He reopened the gas valve to the water heater and relit the pilot light and even showed us how to do it safely. Mason was the best and we're very thankful that he was the person that came to help us.
