I had Excellence Appliance Repair come look at my LG washing machine and could not be more impressed. Within minutes of my appointment request, I got a text saying they could have someone to my house within in an hour! Artem was very professional and quick. He was able to replace a pump motor and get everything in working order again. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

His communication was awesome, he showed up when he said he would, diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part and it was fixed in a day. He also took the time to educate me on the issue as well as some other problems I’d been having with other appliances.
