As a mom of two I need my washer. When I went to do laundry and my room filled with water I didn’t know what to do. After calling he made my appointment same day came out to assess the problem. Then went to go get parts and fixed it same day! I am so appreciative and couldn’t be happier. Love to see that there are still people out there that run wholesome companies and have a great work ethic. Would highly recommend.

Rodney is great. Came out and quickly diagnosed the issues of my 2 refrigerators. They were both beyond repair and since he was in and out so quick he didn't even charge the diagnostic he said he would.

The washing machine stopped spinning completely during the final cycle, leaving clothes soaked every time. The technician inspected the drive system, motor coupling, and control board to determine where the problem originated.

The issue was traced back to a worn drive belt that had stretched over time. Once the belt was replaced and the drum alignment adjusted, the washer returned to full spinning speed. Laundry cycles now finish normally again.
