The tech was wonderful. He was knowledgeable, told me about dirt build up in the washer, how to level the washer and how to keep it clean. It was a simple fix.
    Thank you so much!

showed up at the wrong time, and there's no number that reaches a human being to ask why. I blocked off my whole afternoon, and the guy showed up in the morning when I wasnt home. insane. Don't call them!

Frank took the time to review what had been done before to my dryer. Took a minute to speak to me about what had been happening and what I saw. Appreciate his thoroughness. he was able to determine what the issue was and took care of it.

Third time was the charm. Both technicians gave me a detailed understanding of the issues with our dryer and next steps. They cleaned up after themselves and I appreciate this being resolved.

Total Sham. Repairman did not fix my refrigerator. He asked for $50 cash to vacuum my coils. I paid approx $140 for a service call and paid the repairman, Winfred, $50 in two $20s & two $5's as Winfred had requested, to clean my coils. My husband came home because my refrigertor was now 58 degrees when it should have been 38 degrees. Winfred did NOT vacuum my coils. When my husband called, Winfred said I told him my husband would vacuum the coils and that I tipped Winfred $50 and even gave him cookies. Total liar. I don't tip professionals and I dont have cookies in the house to offer to repairman. Had my refrigerator been fixed I would not complain about being scammed. I expect a full refund for the service call and also a refund for my $50.

Had to have our dishwasher motor replaced. The Sears technician(s) were great and I would rate them as a 5*. My experience with scheduling, follow -up etc is a 1 star. The only phone number on the website goes to an automated system and there is no option to speak to a live person. The chat option is the same way with very limited options for responses.
It’s extremely frustrating not being able to easily reschedule or follow-up with the service
Again, the service technicians were knowledgeable, professional & friendly.

I was on hold for 8+ minutes, listening to the same annoying music. They really ought to have a text or email option. So Long, Reds.

Do not call this guy. Told him the issue with the dish washer and all the details. Showed up and said I don’t work on that and left.

While my washing machine could not be repaired, Rodney was easy to work with through the process of diagnosing the issue.

Website states that they sell appliance parts. I called and all I heard was a hello and a turn signal in the background (must have been driving). I asked about some parts for an appliance and he abruptly said, I don't sell any parts.

We are so impressed with Red's Appliance Service! The water pump went out on our washer and was fixed so quickly! We certainly will call him for any future services needed!

The man was not feeling well but promised to calibrate my oven. He forgot his tools, complained about some previous customers, and then charged me $150. Why did I pay it?

Would not recommend. Red was late to our appointment, then charged me $130 for ten minutes of work and the pleasure of telling me the motor was busted and wasn't worth replacing. However, after he left I tested the washing machine again, and it started spinning. Clearly this issue is a sensor, or electrical problem. The problem is still intermittent, but it obviously isn't the motor
