Our service tech, Kevin was friendly, helpful and informative. I kept tinkering with my dryer but couldn't figure out the issue, until he was able to walk me through the problem and help me find a solution. Great service!

I appreciated the level of professionalism Michael exhibited. He got right to work diagnosing the problem and although I had hoped for a better outcome, the technician was worthy of a five star review.

My cooktop fix was simple and quick, but Kevin explained everything to me. Answered questions, showed me diagrams from the repair manual on his tablet that he had already looked up. Warned me that a number of parts are no longer available. And helped search for replacement options in the future. I love it when companies treat you like a partner. Will definitely be using them for any future appliance issues.

I reached out to Travis County Appliance Repair to help fix a Clothes Washer and they were here within a few hours! Mike was on time, very professional, and so knowledgeable. He walked me through the issues, the fixe, and have great advice on how to maintain my washer in the future. Initially he was supposed to come back in a couple of days after he received the part needed- instead Mike was back that afternoon with the part in hand! His team was able to secure the part and had us back up and running in no time!

Our experience with Travis County Appliance Repair was awesome. They were easy to schedule, showed up right on time and their cost was reasonable. Their technician, Kevin, was very professional and courteous. He came with the part and promptly fixed the problem which was a noisy Samsung refrigerator that required installation of an auxiliary defrost heating element.

Our built-in oven suddenly stopped heating and the control panel went dark. Within minutes of completing a Travis County Appliance Repair online service request form, I received a response indicating that an appointment was available the next business day. On the day of the appointment, the technician Michael texted me 45 minutes before his arrival precisely in the middle of the appointment window. Michael arrived and quickly and expertly accessed the oven control panel. After performing diagnostics, he determined the culprit was a thermal fuse. Michael had a replacement fuse in his vehicle which he installed and then tested the oven. Everything worked perfectly. Michael reassembled the panel and removed any residual trash. Michael was professional, personable and took care not to damage anything while in our home. This was my first experience using the services of Travis County Appliance Repair and I would definitely consider contacting them in the future.

Mike and his crew were absolutely AMAZING! They figured out the problem right away. Had parts with them on arrival to not double charge mobile fee. They did have to come back a second time (free of charge) There was a screw on too tight and they went back to ensure that everything ran correctly. Even suggested I buy a few parts on my own accord to save me money (hopefully he won't get in trouble for that comment). Really great communication and got in to see is really face.

I booked an appointment with Travis County Appliance Repair to take a look at my Bosch dishwasher. I had previously installed it, but needed a professional opinion on some issues. The technician was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and showed me how he was fixing it. Fixed my miele dishwasher and saved me from an expensive replacement. I appreciate that used moving blankets to protect my floor. Kept my kitchen nice and clean. Even taught me some things I didn't know about my dishwasher and how to maintain it! Will be using them in the future.

This was a great experience from start to finish. Recommended by a neighbor - filled out the online service request - contacted soon thereafter to schedule an appointment. Kevin was very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem as the igniter on our oven. He replaced it with one he had brought and that fixed the problem.

Great communication all along the way and excellent service. A little expensive but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend these folks.

UPDATE: I had a new issue with an older appliance and they were able to get the part and replace it for me. Again - great communication throughout the process and great service.
Update #2 - needed work on an older range. Michael came on time and quickly fixed the problem. Super service!

Michael from Travis County Appliance Repair initially came out to fix a Samsung Ice Maker. He tried a thawing out the lines and performing a few steps to see if it would work. Ultimately, I needed a new internal ice maker, which he installed.
My Bosch built-in microwave stopped working. It was eventually determined that the door switches went bac and caused the fuses to blow. Michael came out multiple times, was extremely friendly and professional. His communication was excellent and arrived on-time. I would definitely use Travis County Appliance Repair again, should the need arise.

They were timely and friendly. However, upon arrival, they had no idea what to do and spent 30min talking to Miele on the phone without being able to offer any help. Turned out that they had never worked on an appliance like mine before and failed to mention this when I inquired if they could service my appliance.

Update post reply from vendor - we had another repair person come in, fixed it in 15min with no need for the $600 of spare items Travis County suggested. Nor did I try to screw them over as I just questioned how they price their services as I felt I was paying for them learning on the job. Ultimately paid their invoice.
