Technician was very nice and efficient. Diagnosed and repaired a leak in our fridge extremely quickly, and the fridge has been working perfectly since.

The technician was very professional! Once he realized my dishwasher needed an expensive repair, he told me it was still in warranty and I should contact LQ for a repair. I certainly appreciated his honesty! They were very prompt in responding to my call and then to show such honesty, I will call again.

Will be using this company again. Needed assistance with doors of LG refrigerator and was able to get same-day service. Technician was extremely polite and took no less than 15 minutes to finish the task.

My tenant had spoken to a few repairers and settled for them as he felt they were more forthcoming with how they would engage. I followed up with a call to them and was eventually able to arrange a visit. They diagnosed and fixed the problem with my Washer and dryer same day. I can recommend them for sure.

The Refrigerator/Freezer Diffuser/Control box area has been leaking water for quite some time.

I am a novice when it comes to Appliances and Equipment, but I have a good foundation for mechanical/electrical work. I had several theories but didn't know where to start, so I had their Appliance Fix "Expert" come out and run a $100 diagnostic. His assessment was that it was a bad thermostat that needed to be replaced. I also knew that the ice maker wasn't functioning correctly for years. During the diagnostic we noticed the icebox was extremely hot, which solidified one of my existing theories.

The technician wanted $600 to replace the thermostat and the icemaker. He was extremely hard to understand, bad language barrier, and wouldn't explain how he arrived at his conclusions.

I ordered the OEM certified parts and replaced them myself for a 1/3 of the price.

The problem still persists. I am still trying to find the rootcause.

We recently had our dryer repaired by Appliance Repair Experts and had a great experience. From the start, booking the appointment was easy and they were able to get us in fairly quickly. The technician who came out was very friendly, polite, and professional. He took the time to explain the issue thoroughly and walked us through the different options, including the cost of each part depending on which way we went. The repair was done efficiently, and everything works perfectly now. Highly recommend them if you need appliance repairs!

I spent over $500 in two visits in one week. I had to have them come out the day after they “fixed” my dishwasher because it broke an hour after they left. They came back with a specific part the following week and my washer broke 2 months later. I never received an apology, a partial refund or anything. They are horrible at communicating. Their phones don’t work and they only use Venmo because they’re cheap. I would not recommend them.

Kevin was polite, knowledgeable, and fast at providing service. While he was unable to quiet our spin cycle on our Samsung washer (the repair cost would be excessive to the point of not being justifiable) he was able to give us good information to make an informed replacement decision. Apparently this Samsung washer has a manufacturing defect that causes the spin cycle to be VERY loud. Would gladly use Travis County Appliance Repair in the future.
