Chelcia replaced the motherboard on my Samsung TV that was still under warranty. She came prepared and was very knowledgeable. Her attitude was wonderful, and she answered all of my questions

I had a leak in my dishwasher that I called Samsung about since it was under warranty. They referred me to NISI for repair. I was very skeptical and worried about what kind of service I would get, given the bad rating on most rating websites for this company. However, I’m pleased to say that I received excellent service. Within hours of getting off the phone with Samsung, NISI reached out to me to schedule. On the day of the service, Jay, my technician, reached out to me to give what ended up being a very accurate arrival window. He was very polite, answered any questions I had, and even showed me what he was doing. After he finished, he asked me if I could let him know later after several hours of running to make sure the leak was truly gone and that the dishwasher was running okay several hours later. And sure enough, he reached out to me later that day to make sure everything was fine. I appreciated the follow-up!
Overall, I had a surprisingly excellent experience. -
This is the worst service that I’ve ever got. I’m just shocked to know how Samsung have this company as their repair partner. The service guy who came to my house twice was not ready to listen and understand the problem. He just laughs, shouts and accuses me that I need to fix and it is not his problem. Not responsive to my texts. Very bad and traumatic service. I strongly suggest not to use this company for any service

I was referred to this company through Samsung warranty. I read the reviews after making the appointment and I have to say I was very very very skeptical of how this was going to go. I am writing this post because I have to say that I am super pleased with the entire process.
I have been in customer service for 30 years and my standards are super high; this company met all of them. They contacted me within hours of calling Samsung (via text and phone call.) On the day of the appointment Jia, the technician, called me personally to give me his arrival window. When he showed up he had the part in hand, fixed it, and was out the door in no time. Super friendly, super knowledgeable, super guy! Seriously, I would give this company 10 stars if I could. I went from super skeptical to a raving fan, because they earned it. -
NISIUSA DO NOT CARE if make a schedule and don’t show up! THEY DO NOT CARE to wasting your time and SAMSUNG working with them.
I had a scheduled to service, somebody called me to fix the schedule. NOBODY SHOWED UP at the time. When I called they’re like don’t have part and not coming. SAMSUNG/ NISIUSA COSTUMER SERVICE SUCK and they refer me to some website to buy parts but the website sell nothing -
Worst repair company of all time have had a tv broken for 3 months they’ve been to visit 7 times and each different technician lies. They cancel tickets repeatedly and blame Samsung. They say they’ll order new parts and they don’t and just cancel tickets. My advice is stay as far away as you can and make sure they assign you a different service center and if you’re coming here without warranty from manufacturer run in the other direction. Going to take this to bbb

So I will start by saying I read the reviews and was very worried about the experience but I am glad to report I had the polar opposite of an experience.
This all started with my brand new Samsung fridge leaking water from the filter housing.
I used the online service to troubleshoot and then schedule someone to come out. I was a little mad that it wasn't going to be until Friday (this was Saturday when the issue occured) but it is what it is.
Well Monday rolls around and I get a text from the company requesting information about the problem as well as to schedule the visit. Fortunately they have ability on Wednesday (yaaaaay!)
Wednesday rolls through and Ben calls me about 830am and tells me he will arrive between 11am and 1pm. He arrives just after 11am and gets to work replacing the faulty filter housing.
Ben was extremely polite and professional and nice to my dog (very important lol) and got the job done in a timely manner with very little inconvenience to me. He even moved food that needed to be moved for his work back in to place.
I'm not sure where all the bad reviews come from, but as long as the company can replicate visits like the one I had today with Ben, I'd imagine the star rating will increase substantially. -
Brand new Samsung Dryer isn't working right out of the box, and Samsung sent this company to come see it. They claimed physical damage to the machine and wouldn't cover the 1 year warranty. The machine has not been used. I'd tell you to avoid them, but I had no choice. Now I have a broken machine that I paid for. They are crooks.

I was referred to NISI through the Samsung customer service line, which was a frustrating process to say the least. I finally got scheduled days later with a technician. The technician was not able to communicate with me (english was not a first language, and I’m not sure he understood the issues with the dryer), and he replaced the idler in the dryer. This “repair” cost hundreds of dollars and did nothing to address the issues they were called out for, which were a high pitched squealing noise when the dryer was on and a burning smell. Neither of the issues resolved with the replacement of the idler, and now the dryer does not heat up at all (probably an escalation of the burning smell problem). I went through the whole process with Samsung to get back in touch with NISI. They are claiming this is a new issue that I would have to pay again for, and were not helpful at all in getting scheduled quickly. I ended up refusing to let them come to charge me again and “repair” something without fixing any issues. So I am out hundreds, and now using a different company to actually fix the dryer. Steer clear of NISI. Terrible customer service.

My Samsung refrigerator stopped cooling properly (would not cool to the displayed temperature and hovered around 50 degrees). I called Samsung who dispatched NISIUSA.
The first technician that was dispatched raised the refrigerator door height by a millimeter which was completely unrelated to the problem and charged me for the visit.
The second technician came out and replaced a part on the fridge and charged me for the part and the visit and there was no change with the fridge temperature.
The communication skills of each person I spoke to at NISIUSA were so poor that throughout the entire experience I had no idea what they thought the problem might be or if they believed the issue was fixed when they left. Now after weeks of not having a working fridge while trying to work with NISI, and being out an additional ~$350, I have had to order a new fridge anyways. I was left with the impression that they were going to keep charging me for visits to milk me for as much as possible while not fixing anything.
Samsung makes great TVs and phones, but I will never buy another home appliance considering this local support available for these products. -
Samsung told them which parts to bring and I saw the parts in the technician's bag, but he decided not to replace anything. Instead he cleaned a filter which didn't resolve the issue and left. I don't know why Samsung is paying them and I hope that they aren't fraudulently billing Samsung for these parts that they never installed. When I called the service center to complain that the issue wasn't fixed, they told me too bad and that I needed to open a new request with Samsung and that I could request a different service center if I wasn't satisfied. I will NEVER use NISI again and I gave the same feedback to Samsung.

Do not let this company in your home! They damage your appliances demand money before completing repairs when you refuse they get angry and threaten you!! Technician we recieved through Samsung couldn't even figure out how to install shelves and broke parts trying to diagnose a broke appliance.

Brand new Samsung Dryer stopped working after 6 months of purchase and Samsung sent this company to come see it. DONGSUEK the technician claimed interior physical damage to the machine and Samsung wouldn't cover the 1 year warranty as it was physical damage. The technicians from the NISI USA were the ones who opened and tried to repair all the time. Now I have a broken machine. If Samsung assigns these guys please check if they can send some else in place of these liars. Especially if you are assigned with technician DONGSUEK, he cannot repair and falsely claims physical damage

If Samsung knows they're doing this type of business with such horrible and condescending representatives they deserve this one star rating as well and I will go on their website and give them a review. This company coerces you into the time they want you to be there and they have no empathy for meeting their schedule. The technician even told me he's already planned his route and I've made my request at least 72 hours before providing a appointment time that I could be there. Very horrible company and Samsung should be a shame.

Those ppl are the worse. A technician came out to work on my refrigerator and based on his recommendation we called back because he didn't resolve the issue. NISI and Samsung customer service kept changing their stories to not
honor the 10 yr warranty on the compressor. I will never buy another Samsung product if NISI is their contracted repair company -
That is my burden now with a Samsung 85 inches TV I recently purchases. The TV is turning off and ON itself. NISI tech came and found the panel was out and said the company will cover it free of cost and made me sign for the free repair. They scheduled the fixing and 2 technicians came to replace the panel. They opened the TV and placed the new panel. After the fixing, they realized there was a scratch at the top left corner and they said they can't give me something with a scratch they decided to put a second panel order. You understand a TV they opened 2 times already! One time to check the problem and found the panel was out, place a panel order and 1 week later to reopen the TV replace the first order panel that got the scratch and a 3rd time they opened the TV to place the panel. At the 3rd opening the technician said there was a small roach inside the TV and that's the reason of the issue. Just like that I see my new 85 in TV is about to go to trash.

Awful experience trying to get a technician to repair our refrigerator. Scheduled an appointment through Samsung for Wednesday morning (nobody shows up), get a text message that they can come on Friday ... we confirm but upon calling the call center to confirm the appointment (since nobody showed up for our Weds appt), there is no more availability until Monday. And they can't/won't give us a specific time for an appt on Monday ("they will call you before 10 AM and will arrive between 10 AM and 5 PM").
Now we are a week without a refrigerator and no closer to getting it fixed despite our 10 year warranty with Samsung. Will be finding out what other companies contract with NISI Appliance Service and avoid them in the future as well. -
FALSIFIED INFESTATION TO GET OUT OF REPLACING COMPRESSOR.
I filmed all interactions and in the process of posting on social media/ possibly filing a lawsuit.
This company came out 5 times to fix our Samsung fridge and did nothing to fix it. On the fourth visit (3rd technician- they’re disorganized and don’t know who is doing what on the fridge. The previous techs expressed frustration with this) the tech said it was probably the compressor that needed to be replaced. He said he would be back the next day to recharge the system and it probably would not work. Lo and behold he still came back but NISI said he reported a roach infestation from the day before. Then why did he come back??
We hired pest control to come out to dispute this. Pest control found ZERO evidence of infestation. When I called NISI to dhare this and reschedule the man that answers the phone refused service. I asked to talk to his supervisor so he forwarded me to Samsung.
I called back 3 more times and he did this REPEATEDLY!!! He refused to allow me to speak to his supervisor. They banned us from the repair.
We hired an outside company who verified there is no evidence of infestation AND that he thinks they did this because they now have to replace the compressor and did not want to do it as they would t make money from it. AWFUL COMPANY - shady, horrible service. -
I initially saw bad reviews and was very worried.. but figured since this was warranty work and was free.. decided to take my chances.. overall it was actually pretty pleasant!
Donald was the Samsung cares professional assigned to fix my HDMI ARC port issue on my 82inch QLED. He messaged before thru text some basic troubleshooting, then showed up on-time, was courteous, and wore shoe booties to keep floors cleaned. I explained to him the issue that ARC port was intermittently not sending audio back to receiver and that I tried swapping cables and different audio receivers. At this point he collected additional factory related data, then had to make an escalation phone call to describe symptoms further (he did make one incorrect assumption about how ARC worked, but I'm glad he decided to escalate, which I believe was the right call). Escalation team said to replace control board that had all the HDMI ports on it. He and I carefully laid TV on protective blanket and then he used tooling to carefully remove back panel and then he replaced the board. When putting back panel on he noticed some misalignment so he carefully removed panel again and re-secured. The TV is now more crisp and clear than it was and immediately recognized ARC and outputted to receiver. He then texted me that evening to ensure no issues and was very courteous. Overall the experience was very pleasant and thorough through out. -
Enrique was great. He was very diligent about getting our dishwasher problem diagnosed and fixed.

Definitely I give five stars. The guy came, did everything quickly, clearly, replaced the door boot, very friendly and a professional with a capital letter. Thank you guys. Now only to them definitely recommend
