ABA was extremely helpful. My oven stopped heating Thursday night. I called Friday morning to have it serviced and ABA was able to send a technician (Garrett Salazar) within 2 hours. The needed part was ordered, expedited, received on Tuesday and Garrett installed it that same morning! I am extremely pleased with ABA staff’s prompt, friendly, and professional service. ABA will be my go to appliance service company.

A guy named John Beaman came when he said he would, fiddled around with a few things while I discussed my disgust with the icemaker that wouldn't and then he told me to monitor it and we said goodbye. I told my wife that I just wasted another hundred and forty bucks on my electronic nemesis but lo and frickin' behold it's making ice like an early norther blew in out of nowhere. Thank you guy named John Beaman and thank you ABA for sending him my way. And thank you Mother Nature for not sending a Norther in August to Austin, Tx.

The person who came (Garret) was very friendly and knowledgeable of the appliences.

Our 9 year old LG gas stove oven had been filling the house with gas every time we ignited it. ABA Appliance Service sent their technician, Garrett, to solve this problem. He replaced the oven's gas manifold with a new improved manifold. It now works perfect with no gas smells. We highly recommend Garrett and ABA Appliance Service. They did an excellent job.

I was told a $250 hold would be put in my card and future repair bills would be taken from that. This was not true at all and they tried to charge me $350 to fix a $200 microwave. Repair man was supposed to call me during the service to talk through options but he never did. I was sent an invoice for work that wasn’t authorized. I would avoid this company and choose a different one. Their systems aren’t set up well and they won’t give you a straight answer.

Excellent service from start to finish. Kendall was my repairman and he was on time, very communicative, and fixed my oven swiftly and efficiently. Would refer to others and they are now my go-to for these things!

We are very pleased with the repair by John Beaman at ABA Appliance Repair. He arrived on time and repaired the freezer. My daughter has also had good experiences with this company. It saved us the cost of a new freezer!

Amazing experience from end to end!! I was able to book online for the next day, they called me quick to confirm, and the technician came on time. I loved recieving updates of when he was coming and being able to track him. Garrett was super friendly, helpful, quick and trusting!! He fixed our oven in less than an hour with an affordable price. I called ABA, a human answered the phone and knew exactly what I was describing as my issue. Keigan explained how the ABA diagnostic and service call work. He was clear and transparent with possible costs, very well explained. The two other companies I called were not so forthcoming.
John arrived a few hours later and fully diagnosed my Frigidaire Gallery Range. Excellent work! I could tell John knew exactly what he was doing, a true professional!

Great office support. Came within time promised with 30 min notice. Sent name and photo of the technician for safety purposes. Jeremiah was friendly, competent, an all around pleasure and great company rep. Will definitely do business with them again and refer folks to them.

Our washer needed a repair that was made complicated because it was a stacked unit in a very small area. Jeremiah knew what was wrong right away, ordered the part and in just a few days the washer was back in business. Everyone I spoke to was so considerate and they kept me informed all along the way.
