My washing machine stopped before Spin/Drain cycle would begin. I called ABC Home & Commercial and Scott came out promptly. He diagnosed & identified the problem with great care. After discussing with Scott I decided to bite the bullet & just purchased a new washer.

Our repairman Richard patiently explained everything to me. He was courteous and did an excellent job on my freezer! I would highly recommend Richard and ABC to everyone.

Richard executed an excellent troubleshooting technique and kept me well informed. We had a Whirlpool electric wall oven that had no power. Richard quickly identified the problem related to a blown thermal fuse. After replacing the thermal fuse the oven power was restored so Richard then tested other temperature control components ( blower motor and temperature sensor) to insure proper operation. The Whirlpool oven is now working correctly

I was able to make an appointment for the same day with ABC on 1/12. Vincent was the Technician and I couldn't be more pleased as he was very professional and provided a great explanation of the refrigerator problem I was having. This is the reason ABC Commercial Services has been around for 75 years!

ABC sent Vincent out to diagnose oven issue. My husband had done some diagnostics but couldn’t id problem maybe related to recent self-cleaning. Vincent said it was a mother board issue which is no longer supported by GE. Oven circa 2011 so new unit ordered.

Vincent has serviced our electric cooktop (fried computer chip following power surge), frig and now oven. He knows his stuff, is polite and trustworthy. When I call ABC I ask for Vincent by name.

Salomon was amazing. Not only did he get our dish washer and washing machine working again in less than an hour but he also took the time to give us helpful tips on how to best use each appliance and maintain them.
Definitely recommend!

Requested a quote 4 days ago, still nothing. Even called Stephanie back a second time. Don't waste your time.

This company is extremely unprofessional. When their tech did not show up on the agreed time of service. I called into their office and my phone calls were not answered. So i called from another number and they answered. The woman that answered was very rude. She exhibited very poor customer relation skills and took offense when i asked why the tech was a no show. Do NOT do business with this company.
