Moved into a home that has a very old gas stove, could not get one of the burners to light. Smart Services sent someone out right away and the problem was fixed within a few minutes. The pipe that brings gas to the burner was clogged. Very professional and polite. Explained the problem and how it was fixed.

Service was on time and quick in and out. And the technician let us know about a potential electrical issue that did not pertain to the machine he was there to fix. Did a great job 👍

I always get worried about scams when needing home services. This process was easy and without issue. The whole process took 2 days, from request to working appliance. We requested a quote on the website. We had an email exchange with a real person. They gave us their diagnosis on what they believed the replacement part to be and the service fee. They scheduled quickly. The service person was respectful to my family and fast. There was no mess left behind. And the work has a warranty. Couldn't ask for a better experience when in need of a fixed appliance (dryer).

I'd give 10 stars if I could. Fast, reliable, responsive, and reasonable prices and service call rate. The team has taken good care of us once again. Do not hesitate to call Smart Services - for all appliance repair! Second appliance in the last 6 months to crap out on me. This time it was a Bosch appliance. Last time, LG. My go to repair person for the next issue we have for sure.
