Jacob got my dryer working better than ever in no time. From arrival to departures, probably 30mins. Lucky it was an easy & quick fix. Jacob was polite, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing.

The customer service was great. I had a broken dryer and called Repair My Appliance Austin and they came the next day. The repair man was very knowledgeable and was able to fix our dryer the same day. I was so impressed by their service and will definitely use them again if we have any other appliance issues.

We went with this company because of good reviews and Saturday availability. The return call was prompt and appt set for same day. Jacob arrived on time and was friendly and courteous. He clearly had a lot of ice to melt off the evaporator inside the fridge. He worked for almost 2 hours and the price was still as quoted. Reasonably priced!

We called Repair my appliance on a Saturday morning for dryer repair . They sent a technician right away. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly at a very reasonable price. We will definitely call them again for appliance repair.

I wasn't able to use them for a repair (yet), but I had an appointment scheduled VERY quickly with Maggie's help, to look at and repair my sister's Samsung refrigerator.

I called back to let her know that I was just overly-worried and that the refrigerator did eventually kick back on. I no longer needed the appointment, and Maggie's response was so genuine and polite. "I'm glad to hear that!" after we both laughed when I said I was overly worried but relieved. She didn't sound the least bit disappointed or upset that they wouldn't yet get my business, and she was happy for me that my refrigerator was working.

That was excellent and she was so friendly. I will definitely give them a call again when something breaks.

Samsung dryer went out on Sunday, left a message for them, and got a call back from Maggie first thing Monday morning letting me know they could come out today. Jacob arrived at the very beginning of the window and immediately knew what was wrong just based on my description of what happened. He disassembled it, confirmed, gave me the estimate, and had it running again in 10 minutes. Super polite and professional. Will definitely call again next time I need appliance help!

The service is fantastic! Our refrigerator had stopped working. Scheduling was easy.
Maggie answered the call. The serviceman, Jacob, could have come out the next business day, but we were leaving for a week. We were scheduled for 10-1 the next Friday. A week later, I called to verify about the next day, and they did have us on the list. About 12:30 on Friday, Jacob called. He had another job nearby to him and asked if we would mind if he finished that job first and came an hour late to our house. I readily agreed, but he took the time on the phone to discuss our problem in detail, and I told him the likely cause. He said that he thought he knew the problem, and he had the necessary parts on his truck. He did arrive at 2 pm and worked very hard for an hour on the refrigerator. He called for authority to replace the defrost heater and thermostat and told me the cost. I agreed, and now our refrigerator (20 years old) works perfectly. My wife and I were both highly impressed by how friendly, efficient and knowledgeable Jacob is. He listens, and he has real expertise. I would use him again for any repair service that he does. We‘ve had many repairmen over the years—including quite a few excellent ones—Jacob is the best of all!

I find it *so* difficult to find quality home service people in Austin, so want to give kudos when I've received great, professional service. I called in the morning, got a same day appointment, got a heads up call 15 mins before the scheduled time, and the repairman Jacob was quickly able to diagnose the root cause (and, helpfully, explain it clearly to me), honest about our repair options, and the price was fair.

If only every service call would go so well!

Technician Jacob arrived the same day to repair a leaking refrigerator. He obtained the faulty part and replaced it right away taking time to explain the problem. I'm happy to recommend this company and will use them again.
