I honestly can not remember the repairmans name but I think it was Mark and he was very professional and informative. My washing machine was not running full cycles. He found the issue and gave the price to fix it. As it the washer was over 10 years old and I could buy a brand new one for a little more than what would take fix the one I had. He only charged me the trip out to my house. I would definitley use Stars Appliance again.

Good communication throughout the process of scheduling initial diagnosis, ordering of replacement part, and performing the actual repair. Service was fairly priced and handled expediently. They'll be at the top of my list for any future appliance repairs I need done.

They were efficient, responsive, courteous and extremely professional. They needed to order a part for my dishwasher before they could fix it. The morning of the next appt, they texted with a reasonable time expectation & arrived within that time window. Would definitely recommend and will be only working with them in the future.

Ok the property management sent this maintenance man named Brian. The man was was probably the most knowledgeable professional I've ran across. His response time was super fast. He immediately knew what was wrong with the fridge and my dryer. He is so knowledgeable about appliances and year models. He fixed my dryer took like an hour only since he had to go for parts. Friendly and fast service. I strongly recommend him and pretty much guarantee you will be amazed at knowledgeable, fast and friendly service. I'm talking saving the day kinda feeling I had. 👍

Bryan was terrific!! He diagnosed our issue quickly and helped bring a remedy to the situation. Our dryer is back up and running!! Service was reliable and affordable, would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Great service. They came out to my rental property, diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and then came back to install it all for a very fair price. As an out of town landlord this service was perfect. I just made one call, two text messages and payed the invoice. Stars handled everything else.

We've had the opposite experience of many of those who have posted positive reviews of this company. Not only did they not fix the issue with our oven, but they made the issue worse and are now completely ghosting us and will not answer repeated texts/phone calls or attempts to get in contact. I would not under any circumstance trust this company (which, by the way, is not actually based in Austin - calls are directed to a person based in Oklahoma).

Background:
Several weeks ago, we contacted this company to fix an issue with our oven. They sent a technician who evaluated the issue and said he needed to order a part in order to fix it. About a week later the technician came back to install the part, only to realize the part was defective. He told us he would order another part, but in the meantime he insisted that he needed to disable our oven completely, which he did. That was 3+ weeks ago and we have not been able to reach the technician directly via text/phone, and when we've tried reaching out to the main line, it appears they have blocked our number. Overall, it's been a bizarre situation so I urge you to take your business to a more reputable locally based company.

Brian was very experienced and knowledgeable. He knew exactly the cause, and saved me a lot of money had I went with another company. His price was fair and he came out quickly to repair my dryer. I highly recommend Star Appliance Repair!

There are so many appliance companies in Austin and we have finally found one that will come and fix our appliances in the fastest manner I have seen. Brian has fixed our refrigerators, dryers, washers and dishwasher. Not only does he do an amazing job he is very honest with the cost of parts and labor. AMAZING SERVICE!! Honest and trustworthy. Brian came to our house same-day and within an hour of us requesting a quote to fix our washing machine. The previous guy that came out, I won’t lie came across a bit shady and as a backup we wanted a second opinion before spending nearly $500 to repair it. We wish we had called Stars Appliance Repair 1st! Even though it meant Brian not making as much money, he was honest and said he believed it was in our best interest to purchase a new one. I Had a electric stove issue, tech ordered the parts, came and fixed the issue within 2 days. Was reasonable and punctual. Would use again. Thanks for the help

Brion was able to come out the very day I called. He got my washer back in tip top shape and charged a fraction of what I thought it was going to cost. I would call him again in a heartbeat and recommend to anybody needing appliance repair!

I called Stars Alliance Repair to schedule an appointment to get my washer fixed. To my surprise, Brian was able to squeeze me in an hour later! He was very friendly and figured out what was wrong with my washer so quickly. I recommend him to anyone looking to get their appliances fixed!

I had an issue with my dryer. After thay troubleshoot the issue they were able to order the correct part and now it's is working well! Stars was a wonderful experience to work with. They were fast on timing and arrival. Very kind attitude was diligent in his work to make sure everything was reset up properly. Cost was well within market price on replacement parts and the fee for the whole job was very reasonable. I would recommend fully if you need any apliences fixed.
