Great experience. Repair man was highly communicative from the start. He was punctual, polite, and thorough in his work. I’d researched / troubleshooted the apparent problem with our washer before turning to professional help, and I was very satisfied to see that he checked all the possible causes of our washer’s problem, instead of simply stopping at the first obvious thing. He executed the solution quickly (replaced some parts), and we’ve had no problem so far since! And he even tested the washer after repairing it! He was also conscientious about our space, and the safety of both me and my puppy when he had to leave for a minute to grab the parts (took time to put away all his tools/ secure things). Would definitely recommend this company. This is a small company done RIGHT.

Extremely happy with the service!! Steve responded to my inquiry quickly. He was very polite and thorough in explaining what caused my ice dispenser to not function properly and what it would take to fix the issue. Price was very reasonable too. He even offered to clean the coils on the back of the refrigerator, which apparently is something that needs to be done routinely, at no charge.

I called in the morning to see if they could help fix my stovetop and Steve was able to come the same day. From start to finish it was wonderful to work with this company. Clear and upfront about the way they work and bill, keeping me informed on the arrival time, and very knowledgable. I will never go anywhere else for anything appliance related!

My repair experience was wonderful! I had two gentlemen come to my home. They let me know when they would come, then when they were on their way they gave me an ETA, communicative, they listened attentively, explained the problem with the dishwasher carefully, and were very sweet with my pets and child. They also got the part in that I needed for the dishwasher quickly. Highly recommend!

The heating element on my dryer went out and after a quick Google search I called Steve. He came out the same day! A part needed to be ordered. It arrived two days later on a Saturday morning and Steve installed the part the same day. Steve was fast, professional, and courteous. I am very satisfied with his work.

My dishwasher gave out, leaking and not running cycles. I absolutely HATE hand-washing and thankfully Protection LLC was able to send someone out to fix the issue. Steve came to inspect the dishwasher, found the problem, and even returned another day with everything he needed to take care of the problem. In less than 30 minutes, Steve had replaced the faulty part, gave me a little visual of the problem and what he was fixing, and had it running in top order! Thankfully I don't have to deal with getting a new dishwasher or another day of handwashing. Steve was also very nice and professional and even won over my very curious toddler's respect, lol. Highly recommend!

Had an under-5-year-old dishwasher whose performance we liked stop responding to button presses. Its display had also started producing a dim light for a couple of never used wash settings a few years ago. We decided since newer models seem to have super long run times, high install rates, and iffy reliability, we'd spend some money to fix this one. I called Monday around noon, the repairman came Tuesday morning, at first was going to get the part several days later - which was fine - but managed to find the part locally, and installed on Wednesday! How fast is that! Very pleasant, hard-working man. Out of curiosity, I looked at websites for the part myself and found "out of stock" everywhere I looked. Of course, I would not have known before his arrival that this was the part that was malfunctioning. I would not hesitate to use him in the future to keep appliances in good condition running!

Steve was great. He communicated clearly and showed up at the scheduled time. He was very professional and even provided some recommendations for keeping our dyer maintained. I would definitely use protection Llc again in the future.

I had him look over my LG refrigerator that had stopped cooling, he was honest and told me that the problem was far greater than expected and suggested it would be wise to replace the unit to save money.

I also had him look over my older washing machine that had been leaking water at the start of every load. He was able to identify and fix the problem in less than 15 min.

Steve was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He let us know when he was on his way, showed up on-time, and was very honest and patient with our questions. After running a diagnostic on our washer, he wasn’t pushy at all and let us decide whether to move forward with the repair or not. We ultimately decided to replace the unit. However, I would definitely call him again next time an appliance breaks down.

He repaired my refrigerator and was honest enough to tell me the dishwasher should be replaced rather than investing in repairs. The city is doing a lot of road construction in my area, making getting to my house challenging. I’d originally scheduled with a different company, but they gave up and told me they’d have to come a different day. I called Protection and Steve was able to diagnose the issue with our dryer quickly. He even picked up the part and fixed it same day! I know who to call for appliance repair in the future!!

I own a small spa business and was in need of quick help for my dryer. I was helped and scheduled right away even though it’s the holidays. Fortunately for me, my dryer issue was resolved by one of my employees but I was so thankful to the quick response from Protection LLC Appliance Repair! We were notified that Steve would call in the morning, showed up a few hours later as promised in the afternoon. He found the problem within 5 minutes with our icemaker that the another company's technician could not figure out. The other technician refused to return calls & would not return to attempt to correct despite our home warranty. We will use Steve and his crew for our appliance needs in the future! Steve and his crew are awesome. Timely, professional, and very fair in pricing. The water supply valve on our Whirlpool washer was leaking into the tub. The tech quickly diagnosed the issue and affected a repair within 15 minutes of walking in the door. He was incredibly thorough and let me know that the cause was from calcium and lime buildup in the feed hoses which caused the valve to stick. Pricing for the job was the most reasonable I have seen in a long time. We will continue to deal with Steve and his crew for years to come.
