Mohammed was on time. After evaluation of the A/C Unit he diagnosed a clogged drain pipe and needed to pressure blow it, which he did. His work was good and we hope that this will stop the drippings through the ceiling. We will have to wait a day or so to see if that really took care of it. His work was absolutely fine.
I just would like to be better informed by the Insurance, Choice warranty, regarding extra charges.

I scheduled an appointment and received multiple confirmation messages leading up to the scheduled time. However, despite confirming several times, no technician arrived. As a result, I missed an entire workday.
Additionally, the provided contact number connects to an automated system, making it impossible to obtain any further information or assistance. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and service

Frank was great - he knew just what to do and it all worked greatly

They markup parts 50%+ and charge close to $150/hr labor. On top of that they use a ChatBot for all things customer service so you'll never speak to a person if you have any issues. The tech that came out was decent but Sears is not the way to go.

Do not hire Sears!!! I am having serious issues with Sears getting my appliance repaired. Repair and service is terrible. I need to talk to a person ASAP. The repairman was good at his job! The repair didn’t take much time at all!

The technician did a diagnostic work up of my dryer. He provide an explanation of the problem and a recommendation for next steps. He was very professional!

I didn’t like the technician came to repair our frige today because he didn’t fill me in what was going on and kept talking to other technician on Zoom so I was completely in the dark. It took him 2.5 hours to fix what I presume was a leak but I had to put our dogs outside the whole time so he could focus on work and other stuff. I know it’s under Sears Home Warrantee but I’m not so happy about it now.

Yes it’s actual Sears service. Real service. Easy to schedule by phone. Experienced repairman came exactly on time, diagnosed issue with minimal repair required, completed at minimal coast. Was efficient but not rushed, personable but businesslike. I could not be more pleased. Hard to find this kind of repair service these days. I hope they never close.

Happy to say washer is working. Scheduling, however, was a nightmare. I would receive notification that a tech would come on Monday; I would take off from work, and by Monday afternoon, I would receive notification that the appointment was rescheduled to another day. I would take off the newly scheduled day and receive another notification with a rescheduled date. This would go on for 3 weeks before and after the part arrived.

Finally got around to air duct cleaning after a long time.
Didn’t expect much, but the house feels noticeably fresher now.
Kind of wish I had done it earlier.

The service was thorough and efficient. They showed me the dirt they removed, which was shocking. Now the airflow is amazing, and the dryer vent cleaning has improved safety.
