Dimitri was very professional. He arrived when he said he would and worked promptly. He was very polite and wanted to do a good job, which he did. He helped with our kitchenaid refrigerator. I would use him again for another project.

He came out on a Sunday. Took apart the refrigerator and said I needed some expensive replacement parts. He was checking out the serial number and the dates. He told me to call LG. I did. They set up an appointment with the LG Repair man. He came out and did over $1500 replacement parts. For free. I was stressed out thank you so much for the recommendation and coming out on Sunday. It was well worth the service call charge. You’re the best.

My appliance tech retired recently. I’d used him for absolutely everything mechanical for over 10 years. I’ve searched everywhere for a replacement and haven’t found anyone remotely comparable, until now.

Professional, fast, competent, fair, all of that and more. I’d been having a problem with my ice maker, he was ready to go on a Sunday afternoon. He did methodical tests for less than an hour and figured out a way to fix it. On top of that, he pulled out the ice making mechanism and had me take a picture of the part number in the event of failure, before reinstalling it. To put fully over the top, he left an Allen key for me that fits the freezer handle so I can tighten it at will. Amazing! It’s nice to have someone again. Hope he stays 10 years, because he’s now the guy.

Dimitrii came over, checked our washing machine, determined what kind of repair it needed and quoted us the amount. He was able to fix it in about an hour. We are happy we used his services and highly recommend! We feel his pricing was very reasonable. Also appreciated his quick availability. Would definitely use his services again.
