Steve from protection was on time and within a matter of minute knew exactly what the issue was with our washing machine. He didn’t try to get us to pay for unnecessary things. Just got the issue fixed and even waited around to make sure the washer was functioning properly. Next time we have any appliance issue, I’ll definitely be going back to protection.

Steve did an incredible job! His turnaround time was sooner than expected, and we had additional work for him once he arrived, and he wasn’t afraid to knock it out. Great prices as well! I would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

I called Sammy Sunday afternoon because I needed someone to replace my microwave once I found out that the model was discontinued. I told him and he said maybe he could come by and fix it. He came by within 30 minutes, had taken apart and up and running within the hour, very nice gentleman. Great work will recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had my Samsung washer stop working. I reached out to Steve based on a referral from Facebook. He reached back out immediately and told me he'd be over first thing in the morning and not to order any parts yet. He got here first thing in the morning as he said he would and got the washer up and running without me having to buy any new parts within about thirty minutes. He charged me than half of what my warranty company would've charged me. You got an appliance to get working again, Steve is your guy. These guys do great work and really do care. I reached out to Protection Appliance Repair and was able to schedule an appointment for a tech to come out within 24 hours. I received a prompt phone call the morning of the appointment advising when the tech planned to arrive (and he did arrive on time). Steve was able to fix the issue I was having with my dishwasher in under an hour. He was friendly and efficient. Price was reasonable. I would call them again for any future issues and recommend to friends.

I was very pleased with my experience working with Protection Appliance Repair. My washing machine was leaking so I called based on other great reviews. Initial diagnosis done over the phone and new parts ordered. As soon as the parts came in they came to swap it out- even on the weekend!

Unfortunately we had a bad part so the issue wasn’t resolved in one visit. But with one more text they came back out and all was resolved. I appreciated the transparency and speed to which this was resolved. Very fairly priced as well. Would certainly recommend for stellar customer service!

Steve is very easy to work with and a true professional. We called about a fridge leak Friday afternoon, and he came by the next day to assess. After the fridge defrosted, he came back first thing Monday morning to finish the job. Took an hour overall. Also a great communicator. Very pleased with Steve’s service!
