Wow! It was such a pleasure working with Uniqpro! Dmitri was quick to respond and set an appointment. My tenants dishwasher wouldn't start and with two young children they really missed it. Dmitri was great at communicating, and fixed the problem in minutes. No upselling, which I dreaded. His price was super reasonable. It's a pleasure working with a kind, professional and honest person. Dmitri is now my person to call for any appliance problems.

I called Dmitriy and explained the problem with my washer and he wad over within an hour. He got right to work and figured out the problem. He thought it might be a bad drain pump and quoted me a very reasonable price. Once he got into it he found a wash rag had been lodged in the drain line. It was a bit more labor intensive to disconnect the drain line and clean it out but he said he would honor his original quote.

He was extremely patient and informative throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend him for any project. As his business card says "fair price & quality service". I found my handy man for any future repairs.

Great to work with! Had them come out in December to check on my washer and he just left after fixing my oven. It's awesome to know I can call them when an appliance is on the fritz and I can pay a reasonable price, especially compared to buying a new appliance like the big box stores want you to! And I like that I can pay via Venmo.

I woke up one day and suddenly it seemed as if my appliances were malfunctioning all at once! My microwave AND my cooktop were giving me trouble. I called and Steve actually answered the phone! It is so hard to get a live person these days; I was impressed by that alone. Then, I was even more impressed because he was able to make time for me the very next day! On top of it all, he showed up on time, was very professional, and I found his diagnostic pricing to be extremely fair! Additionally, he helped me to come up with a solution for a cooktop that is no longer manufactured. This took some work in order to make everything happen, but Steve did so with what seemed to be ease. I know that it was a challenge. The job was done in a timely fashion and everything works well & looks good. Sometimes retrofitting can create problems one never expected. Steve took it in stride and now I love my kitchen! He has proven to be more than helpful and responsive. I will definitely contact him should I have any needs in the future. Highly recommend!
