My dryer wasn’t working, and I knew that it was probably the coils. The owner of the company came out quickly repaired it. He was very efficient very fast. He replaced the coils and the thermostat and I was really happy with the work and he also upgraded the duck in the back from my dryer to the vent, very seamless service and I would highly recommend.

Fixed my Fridge - would recommend.

Had other repair people come over but my dryer would still the dryer would not dry my clothes. When called this technician he was able to address the issue right away and saved me from having to buy another dryer. Highly recommend.

To give the owner the specifics he asked for. I had him come out to my tenants place to fix a leaky fridge. He told the tenants he blew some air on it and then left. Then he sent me an invoice that said it had a failed check valve and said he could fix it for $169.20. 30 minutes later he calls me and said he fixed it (even though he never returned) and I pay for it.

But it wasn't fixed at all. My tenants also had a stove not heating. He came out for both. Again, he didn't fix the fridge. He replaced the oven's igniter, tells the tenants the stove is working, and leaves. Then he tells me he can fix both for $358.32. This is too high for the issue so I find some parts cheaper than his. He says if I buy the parts he can install them. He then sends my tenants this text: "Hello. The land lord is going to send parts to fix the fridge and oven. Don't let him know I've fixed the oven."

This guy lies at every opportunity so he can get more money out of you.

Answered right away, described the problem with my icemaker, he knew right away the issue. Arrived when he Said he would and had my ice maker back up and running in no time. I would definitely use again if necessary and or tell my friends who to call if they need. Very satisfying to have this kind of experience 😌
