The customer service is not good. I made an appointment with these people for Friday between 3 and 6. I called at 5:40pm to see if someone was coming and the lady that answered the phone stated she was going to call back. That never happened so at 6:20pm I called and NO ONE answered the phone. Customer service and communication is everything to me especially when I am paying my hard earned money. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

Called them on Monday, they came that day. Quoted the repair later that afternoon and everything was fixed within 3 days. Phenomenal.

After three visits, two replaced parts, and over $300, my washer still doesn't work properly. I called every day for a week, and this company has refused to issue a refund.

If $135 in labor is market price for 15 minutes of work to replace a fuse, then please let me know and I'll up my rating. They were on time, had the part in their car, and were in and out quickly. Not happy that I called one company (RMAA), but was invoiced by the tech to another (National Appliance Service).Is RMAA an appliance repair company or a dispatch?

Vlad came on time and single-handedly moved our stacked unit so that he could access the back of the washer. He did the work efficiently and did no damage to our oak floor. Price was reasonable. Good work!

Had a problem with our ice maker/water dispenser. Not simply the inconvenience of not having ice, but the water dispenser turned on by itself. Fortunately, I was home and was able to turn off the water supply. If it was overnight or i was out for the day, it would have been catastrophic. Repair My Appliance was able to fit us in the next day. Jacob determined the root cause within minutes and we were on the path to resolution. Very much appreciate their prompt response!

In our two year old Samsung Fridge the 2nd ice maker stopped producing ice. I did all the at home fixes myself including the most basic - pressing the reset button, when doing that normally you hear the motor torque, but I was getting nothing. I scheduled the appt for next day and Jacob was extremely nice and I felt safe w/ him in my home, he had a brand new motor unit he brought w/ him in case it needed it. It was a $300 repair including labor, but I believe that is fair, appliance repair is just expensive. He wasn't here long, but I live far in the country, some places won't come out here. He asked if he could leave the old unit here to throw away, silly, but it gave me peace of mind. I would definitely use Repair My Appliance again and recommend them to friends etc. I was super nervous myself, because he did not have really any reviews, but most places have a lot of bad reviews and some I could tell the good reviews were fake. One place had 127 reviews on one of those recommendation sites, but 80 reviews were all left in a 3 day period?? Smells fishy. Anyway, glad I got Jacob, he was honest, did a good job, clean and nice and I now have ice again.

FOLLOW UP 10/3/17 All of the sudden the ice maker quit making ice even though I could hear it running in there. I called since I have a 90 day warranty on the part. He came and the line was actually frozen, which was just coincidental, but he did not charge me to fix it. Honestly Jacob is fantastic and I also feel so safe w/ him in my home. He cleans up any mess beyond what he has to and even my dog likes him.

Awesome service and reasonable prices! Our refrigerator had a code on it and freezer was thawing. Filled out a form on their website and they called to schedule same day appointment within 1/2 hour on a weekend. Jacob showed and successfully diagnosed and repaired the problem. Pricing was very reasonable.
