Had a 9-11am appt for service, tech didn't show or call. Left msg (no answer at office)at 11:30, but never heard from them. They finally answered their phone at 2:30, said they'd call back with info. Called different company after another 45 minutes and new co is already on their way out.

I have been using Cold Inc for home ice makers for a little over a year. I manage several properties. I have gotten to know the tech Bobby and he does a great job. He is laid back, and honest. He has done a great job, and always shows up. I believe this is a family run business. I appreciate they always follow through. The first call I made to them it took a bit, but once you get in their system, they are very easy to work with.

Jeremiah at ABA explained the problem well. The service was professional. The price to repair was higher than we were expecting, though.

We had multiple appliance issues happen at once and John was able to diagnosis the issues, order the necessary parts and fix our appliances promptly. Scheduling was very easy and the notification of when the technician is coming is a great feature! Highly recommend John and ABA Appliance.

Our Bosch wall oven just stoped doing what an oven is supposed to do. ABA's tech Kendell diagnosed the problem and after 3 attempts to get the correct control board which was made almost impossible because the manufacture didn't list the correct model number on the unit itself. Through perseverance they finally uncovered the correct board with the correct programming for this particular oven. They followed through with the job and throughout the entire 3 week process the people of ABA Appliance Repair were Professional, Courteous, Prompt and never gave up to fix my oven. Well done ABA and especially Kendell who was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will use this company for any and all of my appliance repairs.

EXCELLENT service! We called out another company to help fix our Bosch double oven and it was a complete debacle. We called ABA and they were out the next day. Everything went seamless -- they even caught another issue and fixed it right on the spot. Just in time for Thanksgiving :) Oh, and they even set my oven clock before leaving..it's the little things that show an extra level of professionalism.

Michael was amazing! He was very informative and helpful and explained to me what was going on and was able to show me. He was very friendly and solved both of my problems quickly. Excellent customer service and expertise! I will use this company and request Michael for any appliance repair from here on out!

ABA Appliance sent service tech Cameron to fix our Whirlpool washer. He was the best. Very professional and knew what he was doing. We will use him for all our future appliance problems.

Problem with thermostat. Took 5 trips to adjust. Still not sure it's correctly adjusted. Technicians courteous, not knowledgeable.

Was referred to ABA by a friend who they helped and he was very pleased. Called about my BlueStar propane range and they came out the next day. I requested Garrett and they said no problem. He showed up right on time, diagnosed the problem, had the part with him so it was fixed in about 30 minutes. Very happy. Highly recommend ABA Appliance

Our stove’s heating element went out, and they responded promptly to diagnose the issue. After ordering the necessary part, they returned about a week later for the installation, which was quick and efficient. Kendall did an excellent job!

Solved our puzzle…problem with MW. It was “totaled.” The guy who worked on our me was polite and hard work trying to solve the problem but not possible.

The repair man was on time and curtious. He was great, my issue was the cost of the service. I agreed to $120 for the service call that would be waived if the repairs were made. I was ok with that because I was expecting to replace a motor or something pricey. What I wasn't expecting was a manufacturers defect of the screw nuts not being tightened enough causing the wires to vibrate. The wires arced, melted the wire nuts, eventually the wires came loose and the dishwasher lost power. For the 2 wire nuts and labor I was charged $230. I think all would agree this was excessive.

I was in a meeting during the service call and asked my husband to deal with the repair man. I would have told the repair man not to replace the wire nuts and paid the $120 service call and saved myself $110. My husband probably didn't think to ask about the repair cost. I hope he would have said I'll put the wire nuts on myself.

I've used this company before and don't recall feeling i was taken advantage of. Note to self don't let hubby authorize appliance repairs.

I contracted with ABA to repair a squeaky dryer. It took a couple of attempts because of availability and communication issues on my end but I have a quiet dryer now. John, the technician, was very thorough and knowledgeable.

We own a top of the line Bosch Benchmark Series dishwasher (our 2nd) that had begun to consistently shut down with an “E7” signal (we had experienced this issue with our 1st Bosch dishwasher in this series.). As a recommend Bosch technician John B did everything the manual instructed—replace gaskets, etc. Within a week the “E7” shut downs started again. ABA was immediately on top of the set back. John B began to investigate the issue in appliance repair forums and discovered the true cause of our issue ( and many Bosch dishwashers) was the location of the water spray overpowering the machine itself. He located the part, made two trips back to our home (for we were not charged) and we paid only for the part: $47.00.
