I only write a review if I'm really disappointed or VERY IMPRESSED. This was the latter! Very professional & knowledgeable. Explained problem in layman's terms and advised the cost of repair would be more than the value of the machine. This impressed me as he was not pushing to make money but to establish trust in a new client.

Amazing service from these guys. I had a broken dishwasher and they came by extremely quickly to look into it. They had all the parts ready for repair and they were ready to go. I would recommend everyone give them a shot before replacing anything, the diagnostic cost is totally reasonable and they are completely honest. You should always consider repairing if it's an option, I know the cost of repairs sometimes isn't as inexpensive as people are expecting, but I've generally found that products keep getting built worse over time not better, and a repaired product saves on waste.
