I know those guys since they were little shop in Round Rock, but now they expanded their services to the Downtown and South Austin area. Always reliable, always on time, always reasonable.
You don't even understand how many times Seymur and his team helped me with all kinds of appliance issues, My home warranty company is afraid of them already because of how good they are! Dryer, washer, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, ice maker, wine cooler... Just name it! They can fix literally anything!

Technician came out and diagnosed my Avantco fridge, but during the visit he removed the start relay and did not reinstall or return it. The unit was left unable to run, which makes it difficult to verify the diagnosis or get a second opinion.

I was quoted over $1,400 for a compressor replacement, which may be fair, but removing a key component and not restoring the unit to its original condition is unprofessional.

Would recommend making sure your equipment is left intact after service.
