I called them twice for different issues. The first one was related to the washer. Unfortunately, my previous tenant did not clean correctly, and the system got clogged. The AC technician went onsite, and after he cleaned, he sent us pictures. The second issue was related to the stove, they inspected and couldn't find anything wrong. He also sent me pictures. As far as I can tell, under these two circumstances it went very well. Thank you for your assistance, and continue to provide great service.

I scheduled an appointment with them for Monday between 1-4. I took off work early. At 12:15 I got a call saying the technician was 10 min away. I explained it would take me longer than 10 minutes to get home. I rushed out of work. While I was driving home they called me and said they were cancelling the appointment because they just needed a model number to order a part. It was a complete waste of my time to take the afternoon off. If that was the case they could have asked for that and scheduled an appointment once they had the part. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Excellent service. Very responsive, professional and friendly. I had two separate issues arise with my Maytag washing machine and dryer. One of their specialists “Din” was very helpful and resolved both issues. Will most definitely use them again in the future.

I can't recommend All Austin Repairs enough. First of all they are open 7 days a week, which is amazing. Second, they are always prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and I do appreciate that they do not try to "push" unreasonable repairs (i.e. telling it to me straight that I'm better off buying a new fridge than paying $$$$ in repairs). You can't go wrong with this company!

Great service. Professional in all details. Message service kept me informed prior to arrival. Technician video of work and diagnostics was great. Replaced Subzero 48” side by side compressor and had unit cooling in 45 minutes. Payment options very easy. Phone scheduling last Friday at 4:50pm and spent as much time with me as needed to schedule. Would’ve repaired next day but not needed as fridge was empty so this worked for my schedule. Great job! I was having issue with my Washer that was filling up with water even though it was off. After some google search, I came across All appliance repairs with a 5 stars rating. Besides being spectacle, I decided to call them, and they certainly did not disappointed. Den was super easy to talk to and explained what was going on. He wrote down model and sent over the estimate to repair. After, approving the repair, promptly the scheduled another visit to install and fix the problem. On as side note, I brought up the issue with my ice maker on my fridge and he told me that he has a similar samsung fridge that is known to give issue with the ice maker, and he suggested not to pursuit the repair. I certainly appreciated the honest in this matter. Finally, the ladies behind the phone are very helpful.

Our oven wasn’t working. Before buying a new one, we decided to invest the $ to see if it could be repaired. Thank goodness we did because Elijah fixed it! He was efficient, thorough and knowledgeable. He came within the window of time promised. We highly recommend this company.

Excellent service, prompt and professional. Elijah quickly diagnosed the problem with our 16 year old LG refrigerator as a failing compressor and offered us advice on options to repair or to consider buying a new refrigerator. We chose to buy a new one and Elijah had very good thoughts as to which brands and types of refrigerators that are well built but moderately priced. The $75 service call was money well spent as the same day we were able to go to Lowes and buy a refrigerator with a high degree of confidence that it may last as long as our previous LG.

Highly recommend! My technician, Kyle, was professional, knowledgeable, and honest in diagnosing the issue my Whirlpool Washing Machine was having. Went through all the steps of checking the control board for error codes, checked draining, checked spinning, etc. Great communication from staff and Kyle was very detailed in explaining things. Very transparent on pricing. Would hire again!

Kyle made the correct diagnosis of a problem we were having with our Samsung side by side refrigerator. Found the correct replacement part and saved us the cost of having to purchase a new refrigerator. Five star service.
