If you are lucky to have anyone actually answer the phone you might be able to opine on the capability of the service. My two cents is that any company unable to answer a call within 30 min is not likely to respond to a matter that quickly. Been 3 days and still no response to the the voice message. Congrats to those who were fortunate to receive prompt service.

Called to see about having a leaking washing machine repaired, and informed the gentleman who answered that there was a dryer stacked on top. The immediate surly response was "Do you have a way to unstack it?"

If I wanted to move and repair things myself, I would have already done it. The entire point of calling a professional is that the professionals act professional, do the work correctly and professionally, and hand me a bill.

Next time try something like "Oh, there's a dryer stacked on top? It'll cost you $X more unless you can unstack them yourself in advance."

We were having problems with a fairly new front-load washer. Called Appliance Masters and they came out very promptly and found a clog in the pump/filter and fixed it. Its been running real good ever since. I wouldn't hesitate to call these guys again.

Our dishwasher broke on Sunday and I thought I would have to wait forever for help, but then I talked to Tony and he was able to come out the very next day! He has the knowledge, professionalism, and politeness that I was looking for. Plus, he's affordable. I couldn't be more satisfied with my decision. I'll be using him again in the future if I need any other appliance repair.

I can say with confidence that if I need another appliance repair in the future, I will be using Appliance Masters again. They showed up when they said they would, were able to fix my washing machine problems, and when I went to check on their work I found the work area spotless. They are an affordable service with great knowledge. I highly recommend them!

Tony did a great job repairing my dishwasher. It turns out that there was something stuck in the drain pump, and he diagnosed it quickly with minimal time on site! He cleaned everything up to make sure I had fresh water coming from everywhere again-less than an hour later, boom--works like new! Super happy with how Austin Appliance Repair Masters helped us with our refrigerator problem. Our second fridge had a LOT of food in it when it suddenly stopped cooling. Vadim came out the same day and installed my faucet. Great communication, clean job, and honest. I had an issue after he left, and he came right back to fix it with a smile. When I need a handyman again, I will definitely contact him.

Our AC suddenly stopped mid-day. The condenser unit wouldn’t come on, not even the fan would respond from the thermostat. We had to endure the rest of the day and the night without air conditioning.

Was super nervous to get our 75" Frame TV installed because the last 2 installers we had were rushed and had no experience with the frame. Vadim went above and beyond, even put a box in the wall (no wires!) laser measured it so it was definitely straight, measured twice and drilled once.

Even ran into some issues with unforseen metal plates behind part of the wall (no way any of us could have known), and he was able to figure out a solution that worked around it (being super cautious).

All of this, while managing to install it himself, not even needing a second person 🤯

Also consulted us on ideal height for the bedroom TV, made the top level with the door (it's the small details, he cares a lot), and got the TV mounted perfectly centered in the room.

Super thoughtful, cares about the details, and is proud of his work. Super happy and will be using Vadim in the future, so happy to have a stellar local handyman. Thank you Vadim! See you again soon!
