Quick and helpful response to set up same day service. Technician came at requested time and was very knowledgable and friendly. I recommend.

I jammed a veggie brush into the sieve area of my LG Washing machine and couldn't pull it out. One of their techs came and pulled it out in a minute (I was really embarrassed) and I was charged very reasonable fee for my faux pas. He then recommended a better way to keep my washer and the water pump/drain area clean and that's to activate my washer, stop it during the water cycle, pour half a white vinegar in the machine, let it sit for 6 hours and then continue the wash cycle and my machine and the drain hose and water pump will be happy and clean and not have any gunk, mildew or nasty smells.

Called this company to repair a Thermador dishwasher. They showed up the next day, on time, ordered the part, gave me a clear timeline of when it would be ready for install. When it was time to install the part, they showed up on time, used their time wisely, and left. Hard to beat!

Quick and easy communication and repair. Elijah and Joyce made it easy! The diagnostic fee was $85 and did not go toward the repair fee. Still found pricing reasonable, and Elijah was super personable.

My stackable Samsung dryer was not heating and All Austin came right out, they had the part I needed in stock, and they did a super job. I highly recommend this business. Efficient, knowledgeable, and fair priced.

I filled out a contact form on a Sunday, and I was contacted promptly on Monday morning. The had an appointment for the next day! The technician was prompt, polite, and knew the problem immediately upon inspection. My LG washer had a broken drain pump - he replaced it quickly and it works great now!

I had recurring issues with a Sub Zero Pro 48 and then it started with error codes. I called them they got a tech out, Ismael was excellent, he knew what exactly what needed to be repaired. The parts were ordered, he was back within a week, completed a complicated repair and everything is perfect. They provide a year warranty on their repairs which I have not found anywhere else. They are absolutely the best.

A service technician came that couldn’t speak or understand much English. He was supposed to fix our dishwasher if it wasn’t too costly. After looking at it he showed me it would cost $312. We chose to have it fixed. Four days later we had the same issue and were told by the company that something needed to be replaced (which we weren’t informed about at the appointment) for an additional $300 something? We chose not to have the repair and the company did refund our money minus the diagnostic fee.

    UPDATE:
The company reached out due to the miscommunication of the service representative and is refunding the service fee/diagnostic fee.

EXCELLENT service and care. After the first repair, the problem persisted, but Elijah stayed at it and followed through in making sure the problem was resolved. I knew it was a persistent problem because other repair places came and took a look and either told me they couldn't repair it, or they tried but couldn't fix it. So thankful to have found Elijah at All Austin Repairs!

These folks were great! I have a 25 year old washer that washes the way a washer is supposed to, so I wanted it fixed so it would last another 25 years. Communication was always timely and professional. Den D was professional and easy to talk to about the repairs needed, which were major. He took care of business in a timely and efficient manner. I highly recommend these folks!

Thank you! You were quick and your repair technician was very knowledgeable. The warranty would not repair it and we decided to see what we could do on our own. Hopefully it will last a couple more years at least. We now know what to do if it happens again. I will keep your number on my vendor list to recommend to clients.

The technician did a fantastic job—he was spot on with the diagnosis and very careful and efficient while fixing my dishwasher. However, I want to warn others about their billing policy. They do not automatically waive the $85 diagnostic fee when you agree to the repair. I’d suggest clarifying this up-front if you want to proceed.

When I call the number it gets rerouted to Sears. Is this even a real business?

Called them for service on my Samsung dryer and was told I was outside there service area. They are located zip code 78746 and I am in 78747 and their website said it was in their service area.

Great service. Quick, professional and reasonably priced compared to a previous appliance repair experience I had with a different company. Would definitely recommend them

This company must no longer exist. When I called the phone number, it was Max Appliance Repair. When I asked about the Austin Appliance Masters, no explanation was given. Super shady.

Suppose to show up between 10-2pm..they cancel at 2:05pm then tell me they will show up before end of day to make it right after wasting my entire day waiting around. Then I call at 5pm and they tell me to screw off! Literally! Worst service and wasted day of my life!! Do not use !!!!!
