All Austin Repairs fixed our Sub-Zero Freezer. We were hoping we didn't have to buy a new freezer. It was much cheaper to fix the freezer than to buy a new one. Our technician was on time, very respectful of our home and replaced the broken parts and got us back on track. Thank you. We were very happy with the repairs. It is also good to know you fix all appliances. We will be calling you if we have any problems with our other appliances.

If I could give a negative review, I would. Working with this company has been a horrible experience. We made the mistake of calling All Austin repairs when our washing machine drain pump went out. They came to fix the problem, ordered the part and returned a week later to put in the new drain pump. Seemingly all good service. About two weeks later the washer began making the same noise when the drain cycle started, the washer would either stop mid cycle and throw an OE error (which Me Google said is most likely a drain pump issue or clogged drain line) and the basin would be full of water , or other times, it did finish the cycle but be full of water (clearly not draining). These are all the same symptoms we had with the washer previously. The washer did leak because when we checked the drain filter, it was not screwed in all the way, but that wasn’t an issue with all Austin repairs nor did we accuse anyone of being to blame but ourselves. Still the washer drain pump needed replacing and that was done. However, it only lasted two weeks. We had All Austin Repairs back out (it took a week because the day they were to arrive the technician had a flat tire and couldn’t make it. Then the next day they were supposed to show up and didn’t. They finally arrived a couple days later to tell us there were no errors seen, nothing wrong with the pump and that it could be either an unbalanced load that causes it or several other things. They sent us a quote to replace the mushroom valves because there was a slight water leak (totally unrelated to this drain issue). So this continued another month…same noise, same symptoms happened sporadically until one day it just stopped sensing the load and then displayed the OE error and that was it. I called them back to say maybe they need to come check the pump - perhaps it was faulty because it only lasted 2 weeks. Or maybe there is a clog in the drain line? No. They are adamant it’s the mother board and they’ll be happy to come replace it for 590.00. We can buy a new washer for 650.00. **UPDATE: my husband pulled the drain tubes off and cleaned them out. There was a ton of dog hair and a quarter lodged in there. That was the issue. Washer is working fine now**
Don’t waste your money - they’ll “fix” something but it won’t be reliable and then they’ll just start fixing parts until they’ve bled you dry and basically replaced everything it “might be” without actually listening to the customer about what is happening. Call anyone else but this place, don’t make the same mistake I did my using All Austin Repairs. Then they’ll be defensive and completely lie in their response to your negative review about their faulty work, lack of professionalism, undependable arrival, etc 👇

I had issue with my subzero appliances And I couldn’t find a company who I can trust. It was very easy to set up an appointment for my subzero refrigerator that stopped cooling, and technician was very polite and knowledgeable. They also came recommended from the other neighbor who had With their subzero appliances.

All Austin Repairs have been very truthful in service. In a very short time Den D was able to diagnose the real issue. I am so relieved and feel I can really trust them. We had paid a few hundred dollars for the duct cleaning I wish we had called them earlier would have saved money and had a working dryer. This was an LG Dryer.
