I can't say enough about how Total Restoration of Texas helped me with through the remediation process after the water heater in my attic leaked. In the past, I have used a different franchised company, but when they called me back, Total Restoration of Texas had already completed the project! Their crew, led by Ryan Cook and Daniel, was amazing. They first assessed with a sensor the extent of the water damage so they would know exactly what had to be removed. The crew that did the demo were very nice and professional and the company even recommended a plumber, Edwin Diego, who was $500 cheaper than one I had called to replace the water heater. Additionally, Rhino Restoration gave me a very competitive quote for the sheetrock repairs. Luckily, I had extra hardwood, so the repairs are undetectable! Another thing that impressed me with the demo was that they totally sealed off the hallway area with heavy plastic that had zippers so all the dust would be contained in that area, and they had all the trash removed the next day. Ryan, Daniel, and team are all extremely hard workers and everyone constantly kept in touch with me via phone and text during the project, that was quickly completed. Thank you SO much!

We had a pipe burst under our bathroom sink and we had to have Total Restoration of Texas come out to dry everything out for us after quite a bit of damage was done to the drywall, cabinets, and floors. Daniel came out quickly to assess the damage and then came back with his crew to get to work. Daniel and his crew were professional, they were mindful and careful with our stuff, and Daniel always showed up whenever he said he would. They made a stressful situation less stressful and easy to navigate. I hope to not need water mitigation again in the future, but if I did I would not hesitate to call TRT.

Jason was so understanding of my situation and sent Ryan out to take readings and explain the situation. Jason’s understanding and Ryan’s clear explanation gave me a much clearer picture of what I was dealing with. I would totally recommend this company and they will be the first call I make (after the plumber) should I need water restoration in the future.

Upon returning and discovering the damage, we immediately searched for a highly qualified, responsive remediation company. After reading numerous five-star reviews and learning about Texas Restoration’s solid reputation, we decided to give them a call. From the very first phone conversation, Jason was professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic. In under an hour, he had a dedicated crew at our property to remove damaged flooring, baseboards, and other compromised materials, and to set up fans and dehumidifiers to hasten the drying process. In the process, they also identified a minor mold issue underneath our sink. They guided us through that process, remediated, and cleared it quickly allowing us to secure a clearance certification.

We consider ourselves very lucky to have found Total Restoration of Texas the afternoon when we were alerted to a water disaster in my daughter's condo. Water from a unit above our condo collapsed the ceiling and soaked the entire unit. After speaking by phone to Kylie, we felt confident they were the company to go with and Ryan came within the hour of being alerted to the damage. These folks are beyond responsive and they literally "take the plunge" and get it done. Ryan had his crew working immediately and effectively. Once the mitigation work was coming to completion, we were also lucky to work with Jason to get a detailed bid to put the entire place back together again "as though it never happened." Jason took the bull by the horns and led his team to complete the restoration in record time. Almost all decisions were made by phone and email. A few were in person, with the flooring and tile company they recommended and we found that to be a very efficient process. We found the quality of the work to be outstanding - the first time - as Jason clearly inspected the work before having us check it. Kylie managed making sure we had what we needed for insurance and was fantastic at helping select finishes and paint and kept the process rolling at all times. Five stars plus for the communication throughout the process with everyone at Total Restoration. These folks care about the work they take on and they care about their customers.

While their company does not specialize in the services I requested, the person I spoke to gave me some very helpful advice and free consultation. I would not hesitate to choose this company if I ever need mold remediation or water damage treatment in a residential setting.
