Total Restoration responded very quickly to our situation. We had a broken water line to a water heater that had been running all night in our guest house. Within and hour - we live outside of the Austin area -of my call Ryan evaluated the situation and called for reinforcements. Great communication on every level, and Kylie helped me deal with the insurance company. Hope to never have to use them again, but would in heartbeat if necessary. Highly, recommend!

Jason and team are great to work with, do super high quality work, and are very professional/trustworthy both in being in our house throughout the day and in transparent/competitive pricing. They were also fast to respond when we found a giant leak in our house. Most other companies said they would need 2-3 months to even book an appointment to even look at the leak, but Jason and team came the same day we called them.

Jason was highly communicative throughout the process while his team fixed the leak and the significant water damage that it had created. Jason and team also worked well with our insurance to make sure items were approved appropriately and payments were seamless.

We hope to never have another emergency situation at our house again, but if we do, we will definitely call Jason and Total Restoration of Texas to handle the work

Total Restoration of Texas (Ryan & his crew) are absolute heros in my opinion. Two weeks ago, our house was 2/3 flooded from a ruptured pipe fitting in the bathroom wall. Within 2 hours of me shutting off the water to the house & my wife calling Total Restoration of Texas, Ryan arrived with his equipment and started removing the water and starting the dry out process. The following floor and wall demo was completed perfectly. I can't say enough about the great service and professional attitude of Total Restoration of Texas. We had a leak in our attic, and the first person we called was total restoration . Ryan was amazing. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars 🌟 . He came out within an hour of being called and dried up all the water in my home. His crew came out the very next day and took all drywall out to prevent mold. His company also helped me pack my belongings and get them out of the way so we can restore our home back to normal. I highly recommend this company as they go above and beyond to make things go as smooth as possible during this hard time.

They guided me through the insurance and remediation process elevating so much stress and anxiety! Worked directly with my insurance company and set up movers. I was dealing with a sewer leak out of state and they completely took the project into their hands so that I didn’t need to go on-site. I am extremely grateful I found TRTexas! Ryan did a fantastic job helping to remove the damaged items in my kitchen during a water mitigation project. He was professional, quick, and easy to work with. He made the whole experience so much better, especially with having to deal with a kitchen flood.

Daughter clogged my upstairs toilet and flooded my whole upstairs and some of my downstairs. They came within an hour and worked quickly to help mitigate future problems. They were really responsive and did amazing work. They were very communicative with my insurance company and had no problems. Recommend only if you want a great experience.

When we discovered the leak, we contacted Ryan at Total Restoration of Texas to remove the water and remediate the damage. He immediately came and started to work. His crew was efficient and professional in their work. Within 7 Days they had our house dried out and ready for repair. He also lined up a moving company to clear out out our furniture and set us up for our repair work to begin. He pointed us to a good renovation company to begin the rebuild.

During the process he always communicated what was happening and what was going to be done each day. I always knew the progress.

When I awoke one Saturday morning to see that some of the wood floor planks in our home office had buckled I immediately began searching for someone to come determine the source of the water leak and mitigate any further damage. Jason from Total Restoration of Texas responded quickly, even though it was the weekend, and had Ryan and a crew out on Monday morning to start the work of identifying the leak and removing damaged flooring and drywall. The crew was thorough and did a fantastic job isolating the affected areas with plastic sheeting to keep the dust and debris from spreading throughout my home.

This group offers the comfort of high impact call-to-action mixed with total trust and skilled resolution.
