Initially, Colin suggested taking out a portion of the first-floor ceiling to access the pipes, but we opted to just replace the upstairs wax seal under the toilet instead. Colin carried out our request professionally. However, as he initially predicted, the piping itself also needed repair in addition to the wax seal. He did a great job removing the toilet and rusted bolts, replacing the wax ring, and then resetting the toilet before checking for any more leaks. The area was spotless when he finished.
