Constraction reviews in Austin, Texas

These guys, Joshua, Caleb and crew are all awesome. Professional, courteous and absolutely brilliant at communicating. I hired them to replace my countertops in my rental after a frustrating time with a much larger company. Their knowledge of the product and their quickness in getting a template and the installation done was remarkable. I’m super happy and impressed with this company!

Caleb, Dustin, and Josh were all fantastic to work with. Their crew did a great job as well, and definitely took pride in the work they do. I can't recommend them enough, and they'll definitely be our go to for our next project.

We are thrilled with how our kitchen turned out--it is a massive upgrade from where we started! Dustin went above and beyond to make sure all the details were taken care of. Oscar, Jorge, and Gary did a beautiful job with the installation and amazing attention to detail. We would heartily recommend them!

Josh and his team went above and beyond!!! We reno'd our kitchen with new countertops (also leveling a bartop) and new backsplash. From the beginning, the whole team was amazing to work with. We first worked with Nick on the design and material choices and I felt like I was thoughtfully listened to and could also lean on him for his expertise. Josh was super communicative and thorough with his quality checks. Every person we interacted with (demo guys, fabricator, countertop installer, tile installer, etc) were all incredibly efficient, professional, and did an amazing job.

We even had an unfortunate mishap where the countertop was cut wrong and it was realized when they were installing it.
Despite a brief panic on my end, Josh and his team were quick to make it right and solved the problem faster than I could've imagined. They replaced the countertop with a beautiful new piece and it somehow didn't even set our timeline back! They really made me feel like a priority when this happened.

I have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Cabinets, Countertops, Flooring! We ended up with a beautiful new kitchen (countertops and backsplash) and it was done with the highest of quality and care.

Josh & his team have raised the bar! We explored multiple flooring companies in Austin. CCF stood out due to their confidence, kindness, & ability to see our vision. They provided resources to help us land on the perfect product, then aced our project from start to finish.

Josh hosted a “meet the team” before everything started, which allowed us to get to know everyone involved. Then, Jim checked in frequently to ensure our happiness, provide updates, & see if we had ongoing feedback. We felt supported, heard, & taken care of.

We also felt that we could trust the people entering our home each day. Jaime is an excellent craftsman, splendid to chat with, & was respectful of our belongings.

I have been recommending Josh to all of my clients & friends. He is a true professional & it would be a pleasure to work with his team again. Thank you!!

We recently had our kitchen renovated by Josh, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! As you can see in the before-and-after photos, the transformation is stunning. Josh took our dated kitchen and turned it into a modern, functional, and beautiful space that feels fresh and bright.

What really stood out about working with Josh was his professionalism and problem-solving ability. As with any renovation, small challenges came up, but Josh handled everything quickly and effectively, making the process stress-free for us. He was always available to answer questions and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy every step of the way.

The attention to detail is incredible, from the sleek cabinetry to the gorgeous countertops and lighting. Josh helped bring our vision to life, and the finished product is even better than we imagined. If you’re looking for someone who is reliable, talented, and easy to work with, I highly recommend Josh for your next home project!

Josh and his team do excellent work, communicate very promptly, and show up when they say they will. They have helped remodel kitchen counters for two homes for me now because I appreciate how they do business. The first (not shown) was to update builder grade Formica to a durable and economic quartz. What I appreciated most was that they didn’t judge or try to upsell to higher end material to try to get more business. That lead to me just changing out my own granite over to quartz as well. (I just needed a new sink. But it’s easier to do with new counters too 😂) And they knocked it out of the park by matching the veining up with the backsplash too. The install team, Nick at front desk, and the whole gang were just 10 out of 10. If you just want to upgrade counters or if you want to remodel the whole dang room, these guys will take care of you!

Overdue review for a job well done! Josh, Caleb and Dustin had great suggestions, ideas, design and finishing touches to our two bathrooms that were transformed with their shower/bathtub replacements. Between plumbing changes and new tile work, we are thrilled with the final results. We were on a timeline and the whole job was complete on time with some wiggle room! Thanks guys! Very happy customers

Caleb was beyond helpful as we were building out our kitchen. He was honest, transparent, and worked with us throughout the process.

Their prices were fair and competitive compared to the other shops we visited.

Another thing that stood out was how quick and easy they were to work with. Other places we had to follow up and beg for a quote, where Caleb made it seamless.

I would recommend them to anyone who asked, and we will use them again when we remodel our bathrooms.

We recently had our 20-year-old carpet and tile replaced with stunning new wood floors, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Cabinets, Countertops, and Flooring was professional, efficient, and a breeze to work with from start to finish.

Josh and his team communicated clearly throughout the process, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. The job was completed faster than we expected, and the quality is outstanding—the new floors have completely transformed our home.

Highly recommend Josh for anyone looking to upgrade their home. Excellent service, top-notch work, and a great experience all around!

Josh and his team are the most professional contractors I have ever worked with. Josh and his team made every step of process easy and navigable for me. They did a floor to ceiling remodel on my home and they got it done in time for me to move in. I literally handed them the keys and they did the rest. If you need a company you can trust to be honest, timely, and professional in every capacity then choose this company. They will not let you down!

We just had our kitchen remodeled, and after waiting so long to finally get to it, I can honestly say – WOW… it was worth every bit of the wait! Caleb is an absolute rock star! He was so patient, kind, and truly cared about helping me make the right choices. He did an amazing job helping me make final decisions. When I felt overwhelmed, he stepped in with his knowledge and guidance and made the entire process stress free. I can honestly say I would have regretted some of my own decisions if I hadn’t trusted him. I’m so glad I put my faith in Caleb. I could not be more impressed or happier with the entire experience and more importantly, the finished product.

Every single person who came to work on the kitchen showed up on time, kept me updated, and was so friendly. It honestly felt like Caleb and the team were cheering me on the whole way, as if they were remodeling their own home. This was hands down the best experience we’ve ever had. I’ll never go anywhere else – Caleb and the CCF team have completely earned my trust forever.

Amazing service!! Great experience. Would highly recommend.

DO NOT work with them. Had a simple bathroom remodel job turn into a nightmare. The workers disappear for days at a time, the owner is non responsive, then when it is all done you see the shoddy work where things are not fully sealed.

INFINITY CONTRACTING ATX did an amazing job remodeling my kitchen and living room. Rick and his crew went above and beyond my expectations. They listened to my design ideas and made my dream come true. Rick always gave me options to match my budget. It was not an easy job - my home is older and needed work. They did everything; installed a huge beam, new maple cabinets, electrical rewiring, new counter tops, ventilation my home desperately needed, backsplash, plumbing, flooring, painted walls & ceilings and even fixed a few hidden problems we had ignored. Now when people walk into my house they say “WOW.” Infinity Contracting delivered quality work that will last my home a LIFETIME! The team was professional, efficient, and left my home clean every night. I highly recommend Infinity Contracting ATX and look forward to working with them again.

Max was professional repairman and he performed an great job. knowledgeable and had he needed was done in a timely order. Thank you Max for a great job.

Leonard was one of the best plumbers I’ve dealt with. Knowledgeable, respectful, professional. And kept things clean as he worked.

I contacted Paradise with multiple problems I was putting off. Raymond O. Came out the same day and was helpful in finding the cause and explaining why these things happend and what was needed to make a repair. The crew was polite and above all clean. I will be contacting in the future should I need any additional repairs.

It appears that Devin & Sons may have gone out of business and someone took over their phone number. Tried calling and had someone answer "Would you like to speak to a plumber?" I said "Yes" and was transferred to Benjamin Franklin plumbing!? Then I tried calling again and said I was trying to reach Devin & Sons and was hung up on. A third call and the phone number was no longer in service.

Very weird.

If they ever show up I may update this review. Called Saturday, got an appointment for 2-5 on monday. They took my credit card information to book this time slot. Never showed up monday, never called. I called the office was told someone would call me back with an update. They never called back. At 8pm I spoke to the dispatcher who made another appt for today from 8am-11 and told me a manager would reach out. I never received an update. 10 am I called again to check, and was told the technician would be calling me. 11am Still did not receive any update and still no plumber. The update is now that they will again call me with a new time. Do not recommend at all.

Updating: not only did they never call me or show up, they charged me for the visit. And now supposedly will refund my money in 3-5 days.

Diego Minetree was wonderful! He arrived out the same day I contacted for work and made right. He was and professional and patiently explained everything he did. I hope we see him again the next time we need plumbing services!
