I had a great experience with Devin & Sons Plumbing. Keith and Colin were friendly, knew exactly what they were doing, and worked quickly. One morning, I discovered my basement was flooded due to a broken sump pump. After a neighbor suggested Devin & Sons Plumbing, I called right away. The crew responded fast and got to work draining and cleaning up the water in just a few hours. Everything went smoothly, and I always felt like I could trust them to handle the job. I highly recommend this team for any plumbing needs in Austin.

I had a water heater stop working at my rental property in Austin. After I called, a plumber from Devin & Sons Plumbing showed up within two hours, which was much faster than I expected. Once they checked things out, they recommended replacing both water heaters since they were the same age. Keith and his team were very friendly and really knew what they were doing. They finished the whole job in just over five hours, exactly as they said they would. The price was at the higher end of the estimate, but I’m extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and how professional everyone was. I’d definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

Employee, Art Tiemann was excellent and very knowledgeable and gave great advice. Unfortunately I always buy more than I expected because Art explains the right way to do things, good for HD because they sell more.

Bought a Tuff Shed from them it was suppose to be installed the Tuff Shed guy came out and surveyed where I wanted it they show up installed it 20 yards from the agreed location and gave me a phone number to call to pay someone else to move it where it was suppose to go and level it.Sounds like I got scre... Now I have a shed in the middle of my back driveway in front of the gate so I can't get in my back gate. I guess they are just going to leave it there until I pay someone else to move it.
What a deal pay to have it installed in the right place and direction twice

Needed a chainsaw checked and repaired. Fortunately, it was simple and mostly educational. Dwight in the Renta/repair area was knowledgeable and very pleasant. We were on our way in a snap. Thanks.

Not many people came by to help, there was one employee, Shari, who went above and beyond to satisfy us as customers. She was the only one that payed attention to us and got us exactly what we wanted. She deserves a promotion! Thank you so much Shari!

Horrible experience with recent remodel project. We ordered our bathroom cabinets and countertop from them. Almost 8 mos later the project is unfinished. The only bright spot was their designer. However their contractors are incompetent at best. They also have no single point of contact for coordinating and issue resolution. We have escalated the issue to the store manager as well as their corporate help line. Still no resolution. Think twice using their installers/contractors. You'll be left with a sub par product, bad customer service and now help from Home Depot ...

    RUDE STAFF ALERT.

I needed to have keys made and since the station was NOT self service, I waited for a staff member to help me. BOTH attendants who came to “help” acted like this was the biggest inconvenience of their lives. The one who continued to “help” was incredibly rude as he told me he couldn’t make copies of some of the keys. Apparently, explaining to me that there are different kinds of blank keys (which I didn’t know) was way beneath him. To top it all off, as I was trying to exit where there was an EXIT sign, I was told I had to walk to the other end of the store to exit.

Home Depot, it’s gonna be Lowe’s for me from now on. I’m appalled at your staff’s rudeness.

    Always an amazing experience

I had a challenging experience at the rental department (Keaton), where I felt that my team member was not treated fairly. It left me feeling quite disappointed with the overall service. While Home Depot offers convenience for tool rentals, I would recommend considering alternatives like United or Sunbelt. The extra cost may be worthwhile for a more positive customer experience.

Always short handed on experienced staff. I know it is a smaller store but it is poorly stocked. Better to drive to another Store.

Inventory control a problem ... often the object I'm looking for is the empty spot on the shelf ... fortunately it it usually in stock just in the overhead bins used for storage of undistributed merchandise ... employee's are very nice though ...

We were out most of the day and came back midnight to find 1.5” of water all around our 1st floor. It was really shocking to see the entire house flooded with water. A connector on the water supply line in our powder bath broke causing the water damage. We did not know what to do and started searching on Google. Found Total Restoration of Texas and they had great reviews. Called the number, Kylie picked up the phone and sent Ryan within 30 minutes to our house. Ryan spent next 4 hours removing hundreds of gallons of water using a pump in the van, long tubes and vacuum.

Ryan left around 5 am and came back again around 11 am with a crew. They covered everything with plastic sheets, cut the dry walls open for 1 foot above the floor, cleaned all the debris, added fans & humidifiers to remove all the moisture. Fans ran for next 3 days and it was very hard to see the entire house being cut open with a lot of dust everywhere. But Ryan made it easy for us. He was on time, friendly and explained everything along the way. Since we were impressed with Total Restoration of Texas for water removal and Jason (owner) has a lot of experience dealing with insurance companies, we ended up giving the full restoration work to Total Restoration of Texas. This was one of the best decisions we made. Jason is straight forwarded, upfront and keep his words. We started the construction 10 days before COVID-19 started, but Total Restoration of Texas was able to finish all the work in 2 months as originally planned. Construction during COVID was not easy, but Jason handled it really well and made sure there were no delays.

Jason brought awesome crews for drywall repair, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, painting and flooring. All of them were very professional and quality of the work was exemplary. Even though this was not planned and going through water damage is a hassle, we got a beautiful and modern house at the end. Kudos to Jason, Kylie and Ryan. I would highly recommend Total Restoration of Texas for any water removal and post construction work to get your house back in shape!
