Artimas showed us several projects of theirs in the pipeline in Allandale and Brentwood to give the buyers a good understanding of the available options and a look at their finished product. With the chaos of bidding wars and uncertainty, Rivendale gave us the opportunity to buy in the city we already lived in and loved. The home is excellent - energy efficient, bright, thoughtful in storage, and so beautiful. The builders (shoutout to Gamma!) were responsive and a true pleasure to work with. We couldn't be happier with our new home! And it appraised at asking, so kudos to them for pricing appropriately instead of the trend of "price low to create a bidding war".

If you're on the fence of a builder, you can't go wrong with Rivendale. They're a boutique builder, so none of the corner-cutting, run-of-the-mill, cookie-cutter home developments that are everywhere these days. You'll get what you pay for and more. Hello, we moved into a Rivendale home 5 years ago.
It is a beautiful home and have been very happy with it. We had some serious problems with the plumbing that required excavating under the houses foundation to make the repairs. We were not aware of the extent of the issues until a number of years after we had been living there. It is a large home and the costs of the repairs were very high. Rivendale found plumbers that specialize in excavations. They
Went above and beyond to rectify the problem paying for it out of there own pocket . Everyone I have dealt with from Rivendale have been
Terrific folks. I was expecting them to turn their backs on the situation which they could have done but that is not how they conduct business. That says a lot for the character of the people at Rivendale. I don’t think there could be a better test of a builder than that.
